1. fruit salad (水果沙拉)： fruit which is cut up and mixed together, usually in a sweet juice

2. stewed apple/ plums（炖水果）：to cook fruit with a small amount of sugar and water

3. apple pie/ strawberry tart (苹果馅饼/草莓馅饼)： different kinds of food made with fruit and pastry（= a mixture of flour, fat and water）

4. jelly (果冻)：a transparent soft food made with fruit and water, that shakes when it is moved

5. jam (果酱)： a sweet substance made with fruit and sugar, which is eaten on bread
