1. fruit salad (水果沙拉): fruit which is cut up and mixed together, usually in a sweet juice
2. stewed apple/ plums(炖水果):to cook fruit with a small amount of sugar and water
3. apple pie/ strawberry tart (苹果馅饼/草莓馅饼): different kinds of food made with fruit and pastry(= a mixture of flour, fat and water)
4. jelly (果冻):a transparent soft food made with fruit and water, that shakes when it is moved
5. jam (果酱): a sweet substance made with fruit and sugar, which is eaten on bread
