森萨塔科技：携四大品牌明星产品亮相_等
2016年3月9日，三花集团旗下杭州三花家电热管理系统有限公司携微通道换热器、洗干一体机热泵系统、干衣机热泵系统和三花亚威科（AWECO）家电控制系统解决方案亮相AWE2016，这是三花首次参展AWE。
三花家电市场营销副总监王旭东告诉《电器》记者，此次以三花家电的形式亮相AWE，就是要告诉业内各界人士，三花不仅是一家零配件供应商，更是一家家电集成方案提供商。
虽然是初次参展，展台面积并不大，但三花家电带来的产品个个来头不小。
据王旭东介绍，展台上的产品分为三大主题区域。
第一个主题区域为高效、节能、环保产品展示区，AWE2016，森萨塔科技旗下四大品牌——Sensata、Klixon、Kavlico 和Crydom 联合参展，展示了近20类控制器和传感器。
“展馆里，参加展会的GMCC、松下、LG、三星、东贝⋯⋯很多业内知名企业都是森萨塔科技的重要客户，我们出现在这里，感觉良好。
”森萨塔科技展位负责人见到《电器》展示了微通道蒸发器和冷凝器。
第二个区域是整体解决方案展示区，展示的产品包括洗干一体机热泵系统解决方案、干衣机热泵系统烘干解决方案。
其中，基于三花微通道换热技术的洗干一体机热泵系统获得艾普兰核芯奖。
《电器》记者了解到，在刚刚过去的2015年，该产品收到意大利客户的确认函，意大利方面测试结果显示，三花热泵系统植入微通道换热技术，换热效率提高30%，在欧盟严苛的标准上能效比大幅提高，制冷剂充注量也大幅减少。
第三个主题区域为亚威科系统方案展示区，主要展示三花亚威科洗碗机部件系列、咖啡机部件系列，具体产品包括洗碗机加热泵、分水阀、标准流量计、咖啡机流记者时说，“作为家电及消费电子行业的主要供应商，森萨塔科技一直致力于满足客户的产品和技术需求，不断升级产品，与客户协力抓住市场机遇。

”《电器》记者注意到，在森萨塔展位上，Klixon 品牌下的35HM、37HM 系列电机保护器可保护在限制性工作环境下的制冷压缩机、潜水泵等，4AC 系列电机保护器借助独有的专利技术常闭“通断”Klixon 触电系统，以突跳式金属片为基本工作元件，可应用在1〜5HP 的组合式空调与热泵压缩机，也能保护在破坏性甚至腐蚀性环境中工作的商用电机。

1.2 应⽤VEGASON60系列超声波传感器⽤于连续物位测量。
1.3 使⽤错误的警⽰如果应⽤不正确或不符合规定，从应⽤⾓度讲，由于安装或调试错误，容器会溢出介质或损坏设备。
1.4 安全介绍在安装和操作仪表的时候，需要注意有关的安全规定（⽐如：在德国需要符合VDE-规定）。
1.5 CE – 认证VEGASON60系列经过CE认证，满⾜NAMUR-要求NE21。
CE-认证根据以下标准：EMVG：- Emission EN 61326:1997(A级)- Immission EN 61326:1997/A1:1998NSR: EN 61010-1: 20011.6 仪表紧密性符合NAMUR NE53VEGASON60系列传感器符合NAMUR要求NE53。
VEGA的仪表⼀般都是向上、向下兼容的。
传感器-软件到VEGASON-HART、PA或FF的DTM⽂件VEGASON的DTM⽂件到调试软件PACTware调整模块PLICSCOM到传感器软件传感器的基本功能的参数调整可以不依赖于软件版本。
功能的范围取决于每个组件的软件。
VEGASON60系列的软件版本可以通过以下⽅式知道：通过软件PACTware TM电⼦部件的铭牌通过调整模块PLICSCOM1.7 防爆应⽤的注意事项对于防爆应⽤，要注意防爆安全规定。

DOC00117593Installation Instructions for Pressure Switches20PS, 25PS, 29PS, 36PS, and PS80 Product FamiliesThe followings are best practices, or recommendations, for the customers when installing Sensata’s pressure switches1.Device is not to be installed in locations where the switch:a.Submerged under liquidb.Can be physically-impacted by other components in the systemc.Can be exposed to condensation2.For device with threaded fitting:a.Force is applied only on the fitting’s hex, no force or impact should apply on the thread,sensor, or base of the switch.b.The amount of torque needed to prevent fluid leaking around the thread is dependent of theapplication (pressure spikes, maximum pressure, temperature, type of working fluid, etc.).Therefore the installation torque will be determined by the customer.3.For device with tube fitting (require brazing to connect to system):a.Avoid damaging the tube, since bending for deforming the tube may affect the fluid flow ofthe system and burst strength of the switch.e wet-rag or other methods as needed to reduce the heat traveling to the switch’s bodyduring brazing operation.4.Do not use part that was exposed to physical damage without confirming the switch’s integrity.5.The wires are not to be in tension after installing into the application.6.The wires are not to be in contact with other components that can result in fatigue issue due torubbing over time.7.The device is not to be directly exposed to pressure washing.8.When applicable, the label may include the following information:a.Sensata part numberb.Customer name and part numberc.Pressure setting (actuation pressure)d.Date code: XXX%YY (3 digit number for the julian date followed by build location and last2 digit number of the build year)e.Temperature settingf.Electrical ratingg.Device type9.Consult the product drawing for more details on pressure switch performance and limitation。

The LS60 is a legacy, solid state, dual axis level sensor for mobile hydraulic applications. Plastic components, internal contacts, and concentricity were greatly enhanced over previous versions, resulting in superior trip accuracy and reliability. The height was reduced, and O-ring seals were added top and bottom to ensure hermeticity necessary to survive the harshest conditions. Configured X and Y trip angles for each part can be determined by checking the model code.At this point in the LS60 lifecycle, only current existing configurations are available. The sensor uses non-contact technology for trouble free operation. 随着新能源汽车的飞跃发展，对于驾驶舱温湿度和电池热管理系统提出了越来越高的要求，既要满足人体冷热舒适感以及确保电池包的最佳工作温度，又尽可能降低能量消耗从而增加单次充电的续航里程。
森萨塔科技的压力温度集成传感器（P+T）可应用于混动和纯电动汽车热管理系统的高效运行，为制冷和热泵循环提供准确的压力和温度信号输出。
集成化的设计既减少了零部件的体积和重量有利于整车的轻量化，对于系统而言也减少了系统零部件的数量有利于简化设计。
其优势：压力温度一体集成，节省了客户端的对配结构及线束;全量程范围内高精度输出，压力±2%Vcc，温度±1.5°C;噪声环境下高可靠性，EMC保护达200V/m;满足汽车环境温度要求 -40～150°C;1000万次循环寿命;接插件，安裝螺纹均可定制;响应时间：压力信号<10ms，温度信号<3s。

【摘要】众所周知，胎压监测系统中最重要的就是传感器，而森萨塔是最优秀的胎压监测系统传感器供应商之一。
据悉，森萨塔的胎压传感器出货量从2013年的4300万只快速增长到2016年的近8000万只，装车量已经超过4．8亿只，占有全球超过50％的直接式胎压传感器的市场份额。
几乎全部的美系、欧系、韩系和本土主要OEM厂商都是其用户。
