如何搞定坏老板的双语阅读
The most pressing problems at work might be struggling with a “bad boss” or a hopelesslytoxic work environment.
工作中、最致命的问题可能就是有个“二货老板”或者毫无希望的、令人崩溃的工作环境。
A bad boss is a big problem, and not easily fixed. In fact, front-line leaders are the primarydrivers of employee engagement (or lack thereof) . If you are working for a bad boss I suggestyou try these tactics over a three- to six-month period.
坏老板是个大问题,而且不好解决。
其实一线领导往往是公司的领头人(也可能是没有决策力的二货)。
如果你有一个二货老板,我建议你在3-6个月的时间里试试下面的办法。
1) Make sure you aren’t the one with the problem.
先闹明白了是不是自己的问题。
Have you always thought your boss was an idiot no matter where you worked? Do yourteammates seem to think the boss is OK? Any chance you have unrealistic demands? Or maybethe boss slighted you years ago but you’re holding onto that grudge like a dog on a bone? Areyou negative all the time, about everybody? Don’t let this possibility insult you. Take a deepbreath and really think about it. If you’re sure it’s not you, move on to step number 2.

2) Realize that your boss is human, and imperfect.
闹明白你老板是个人,不是神。
Similar to step one, make sure you don’t just need to
give your boss a break. Kind of like whatwe need to do for
our parents after we grow up. We need to realize that people become bossesand don’t always get the training or coaching they need to succeed. They, too, have demands,pressures, to-
do lists, and maybe even their own bad boss. They make mistakes sometimes. (Don’t you?)
跟第一点差不多,先闹明白你不是死揪着老板不放的那种人。

咱得明白,有些人当了老板,却并没
有人教过他们怎么去当老板。
他们也会有需求,有压力,有任务,自
己上头也有个二货老板。
他们确实偶尔会犯二。

Observe your boss for a few days and try to notice how many things she does well versuspoorly. When she is doing something “bad” try to imagine the most forgiving reason
why itcould have occurred. Is it truly her fault, or could it be something out of her control? Be mindfulin this way for a week, and if you still think you work for jerk, move on to
step 3.
仔细观察你的老板几天,看看她干成了多少事,又搞砸了多少事。
如果她搞砸了,那咱就先想想,这次她犯二是不是有啥原因啊,真的
是她二,还是有别的她无法控制的因素。
