这一年的教育教学工作即将接近尾声，我已完成学校所规定的课程，我的教育教学质量比以前有所提高，学生们越来越喜欢听我的课了，我也越来越自信了。
我深刻体会到，要想成为一名优秀的人民教师光凭激情是远远不够的，我要时刻反思自我，常思常新，不断加强业务学习，勤学勤问，不断更新、探索教育教学方法，让自己在学习中不断提高教学水平和思想觉悟。
作为一名班主任，我的班务工作主旨是：让每一位学生都快乐的地度过在学校的每一天，既教书又育人！我关爱每一个孩子，使他们因为有我这样的班主任，每天能快乐充实。
让他们在获取书本知识的同时还学会做人，这是我做教师的重点，也是我做班主任一生的重点。
因此，我常注意规范学生的行为，让学生完美自我形象；让学生在学习中互相帮助，做好一帮一活动。
对于后进生，我采取多鼓励少批评的方法，以宽容的心态去对待他们的每一次过失；用期待的心态去等待他们的每一点进步；用欣赏的目光去关注他们的每一个闪光点；用喜悦的心情去赞
许他们的每一份成功。
与此同时，我时刻注重言传身教，为人师表。
平时，凡是要求学生做到的，我首先做到。
此外，通过我开展的一系列班队活动，涌现了一批思维活跃，责任感强，有独立见解和组织才能的优秀班干部，进而创建了一个文明、团结，上进，凝聚力较强的班集体。
作为学生科的科员，我服从科室的安排，按质按量地完成分管工作，得到了领导和同事们的认可。
"进无足赤，人无完人"，在教育教学工作中难免有缺陷，例如，还尚未完全摆脱旧的教学模式，课堂语言不够生动。
在今后的日子里，我会更加努力，做好我的本职工作，以最大的工作热情将我的爱心、尽心、关心全心全意地奉献给学生们！。
