Responsible for all Organization, coordination and following-up of store training

1.1 Orientation 30-60-90
新员工入职培训及员工入职30/60/90天的培训;
1.2 Follow up on-the-job training of new associates and transferred associates, collect
and keep training matrix.
跟进新员工、转职员工现场工作培训及培训模式的收集存档;
1.3 Do the annual needs assessment job and make the retraining plan.
进行员工年度现场工作测试及再培训计划的制定;
1.4 Make the Vendor training investigation, be a coordinator and following up it.
进行供应商培训调查和供应商培训的协调及跟进;
1.5 Conduct the training needs survey, decide the training article and carry out the
specific training.
进行培训需求调查,制定培训主题,组织专题培训;
1.6 Establish and manage the sponsor program; conduct the train the trainer class.

2.1 Orientation day one length:7 - 8 hours
入职第一天培训时長:7 - 8 小时
2.1.1Basic process

difference‖ video),Wal-Mart Today, Culture → Policies → Store Information(hand
out ―how much do you know about your store‖) → Store tour guided by DGM/Risk
Control Tour →LP knowledge(―All Kings‘ horses‖ video) → Customer
Service(―The magic of a blink‖ video) → Questions and Answers → Send out
shift schedule, uniform, badge, training matrix and handbook(for full-time
associates) → End

2.1.2Remarks
注意事项:
There must be a break every other hour and one hour lunchtime during Orientation day one.
训期间应包括一小时的午餐时间和適当的休息时间
You can hand out associate handbooks to new part-time associates for reference during lunchtime.
对于兼职员工可在午餐完毕后发放员工手冊以供参考
Orientation day one should include but not limit to the above contents.
培训內容应包括但不限于以上部分,可自行做相应调整
2.1.3Preparation
准备
Confirm the new associates training time, headcount and department with R&A.
与招聘组确定新员工入职培训时间、新员工人数及新员工所属部门。
Contact LP sponsor, let him know the training time, location, headcount in order to make him convenient to prepare training content and safety
handbooks.
联系防损部员工指导,告知其防损知识培训时间、培训地点、新员工人数,以方便其准备培训内容及安全手册。
Share the information of new associates‘ orientation day one and invite the management to attend it.
分享新员工入职信息(如在商场管理层会议),邀请各级管理层参加。
Make sure a DGM on duty to guide the new associates to tour in store .
确定一名当班副总,与其商討新员工巡店事宜。
Check new associates name list, confirm how many people need to have cashier training and their names, contact CSM who is responsible for the
training to determine the training shift order, location and sponsor. Prepare the cashier training attendance sheet and remind CSM to prepare cashier
training matrix.(This step needn‘t to carried out if there is no specific
requirement in a store).
核查新员工名单,确定需参加收银培训人数及人员名单,与前台负责培训的CSM联系,共同确定培训班次、培训地点及培训指导。
同时准备收银培训签到表,并提醒前台CSM准备收银员培训模式。
(視该店是否于此时安排收银培训而定)
∙For the new associates who needn‘t to have cashier training, you should contact the relative departments, let them know when the associates will rep ort on duty, get well known the new associates ‗work shift schedule and the sponsor on duty that day.
对于无需参加收银培训的新员工,与相关部门联系,告知新员工到部门的日期,了解新员工当日的排班及其培训指导。
∙Contact associate canteen supervisor, let him know the number of new associates arriving and the lunch hour.
联系员工餐厅负责人,告知新员工人数及就餐时间。

∙Start your training with smile and enthusiasm. No matter how many times you have had, for the new associates, the content of the orientation is fresh knowledge.

∙Taking part in the Orientation will be the first time for the new associate getting to know Wal-Mart. Your attitude will influence their impression
towards Wal-Mart directly.

∙Never forget Wal-Mart Greeting and Wal-Mart cheer

Taking rest is as important as studying (have a rest every other hour!)

∙Copy the attendance sheet. Calculate the new associates‘ training hours, then, sign on it. Give it to C&B colleagues 将签到表复印一份,统计新员
工培训工时。
签名后,将此份签到表交工资福利组同事。
∙Put the attendance sheet into a folder for latter reference.
将签到表存档备查。
∙Hand out training matrix and let them sign-up for Orientation Day One.
发放培训模式給新员工并于第一天培训栏签名。

them having enough time to adjust their shift schedule and remind the new
associates to attend it on time.
提前确定30天回顾会的时间、地点及參加人员名单,(以备忘录的形式)通知管理层,方便他们有充裕的时间调整排班,通知学员按时参加。
∙Put the memo on the training board and the associates pass.
将备忘录的复印件贴在员工通道及培训宣传栏处。
∙Contact personnel manager or C&B colleague, let him /her know the training time and location.
联系人力资源经理及工资福利组同事,告知培训时间及地点。
2.2.3Begin

∙Prepare classroom and attendance sheet.
准备课室及签到表。
∙Prepare the training matrix which have been handed in and let the associates sign-up for the training.

Follow up all the questions that the new associates put forward, ensure the problems will be solved as quickly as possible and feedback to the new

associates to attend it on time.
提前确定60天回顾会的时间、地点及參加人员名单,(以备忘录的形式)
通知管理层,方便他们有充裕的时间调整排班,通知学员按时参加。
∙Put the memo on the training board and the associate pass.
将备忘录的复印件贴在员工通道及培训宣传栏处。
∙Connect with GM/DGM, let him know the training date, time and location.
联系总经理,告知培训时间及地点。

∙Have the Orientation post test and discuss the answer with them
进行测试;测试结束后,讲解测试题答案。
∙Collect the test paper and answer paper.
回收测试题及答题卷。
∙The new associates need to sign-up for the 90 day follow-up session on the training matrix for latter reference.
新员工需在培训模式上90天回顾签名栏中签名确认。
∙Collect the finished training matrix, ask the associates who haven‘t finished it the reason and follow up them.
回收员工签名确认已完成现场工作培训的培训模式,对于未完成培训模式的同事询问原因并及时跟进。

∙Put the training matrix which has been signed by the new associates into the personal file. The new associates should sign their names in the Orientation 30-
60-90 training and on-the-job training columns.

及现场工作培训各栏均需有员工签名。
3.Cashier Training Process
收银培训工作程序
3.1Overview
收银培训概述
All departments except six departments including back office, LP, Fresh, Appliance,
night stocking and so on should have the cashier training. (Every store may decide it
depending on its own condition.)
后勤办公室、防损部、鲜食、家电、夜班理货六个部门外,所有部门的新员工均需接受收银培训。
(各店根据具体情况而定)
Cashier training is trained by FE sponsor or CSM , it will last for three to five days.
收银培训主要由前台培训指导(员工指导或CSM)进行,为期三至五天。

3.2 Follow-up收银培训主要跟进事项:
∙Let the FE supervisor know the cashier training plan in advance, conform the training shift , location and the sponsor.
提前将收银培训计划告知前台負責人,共同确定培训班次、地点及员工指导。
∙Prepare the cashier training attendance sheet and remind the sponsor to prepare the cashier training matrix.
准备收银培训签到表并提醒员工指导准备《收银员培训模式》。
∙GO to the cashier training spot to check the attendance sheet every day, ensure every associate have attended the training on time. Ask the reason why some
associates haven‘t come and have been late and follow up it.
每天均须到收银培训现场检查签到表,确保所有员工都按时参加培训。
对没来或没有按时参加培训的员工,要问明原因并及时跟进。
∙Go to the training spot and follow up the procedure irregularly during the cashier training.
收银培训过程中,不定期到收银培训现场跟进培训进程。
∙Inform the new associates their work schedules(includes shift schedule、work location and the sponsor)in department before the ending of the training.
收银培训结束前,将新员工到部门的工作安排(包括排班、工作地点,员工指导等)告知新员工。
∙All the associates who attend the cashier training must sign their names in the cashier training matrix. Training coordinator should collect the matrixes and put them into the training matrix files for latter reference.
所有参加收银培训的同事都必須填写《收银员培训模式》,培训协调员需在
收银培训结束当天收回并将其放入员工培训模式文件夾中存档备查。
∙Put the attendance sheet and cashier testing paper into the training files for latter reference.
收银培训签到表及收银考试试卷存档备查。
4.On-the-job Training
现场工作培调
On-the-job training is training about the associate job duty, working skills and merchandise knowledge. It‘s performed by supervisors and sponsors mostly, training coordi nator‘s responsibility is to follow up it.
现场工作培训是就员工岗位职責、工作技能及商品知识进行的培训,主要由部门主管及员工指导进行,店內培训协调员負責跟进。
4.1Follow-up
主要跟进事宜
∙Communicate with departments, let them know what the date the new associates will report on duty and get well known the new associates ‘shift schedule, work
location and the sponsor‘s name.
与部门沟通,告知员工到部门的日期,并询问员工的排班,工作地点及员工
指导姓名。
∙Prepare the department training matrix for new associates to facilitate them using during on-the-job training.
为员工准备部门培训模式,供员工在现场培训使用。
∙Try your best to guide the new associates to the department by yourself and introduce them to the management and the sponsor of the department.
尽可能亲自帶员工到相关部门,将员工介绍给部门管理层同事及员工指导。
∙Sponsors will train the new associates by teaching, showing and practicing, training coordinator should follow up on-the-job training irregularly, ensure the sponsor
have imparted the relative knowledge and skill to the new associates systematically.
Once you find the training doesn‘t meet the requirement, you should ask the reason and rectify it immediately.
员工指导通过讲授、示范、实践的方式对员工进行培训,培训协调员应不定期地到部门跟进员工的培训需求培训事宜,确保员工指导将部阂知识详细系统地传授給员工。
一旦发现培训未按要求进行,需及时追查原因,立即纠
正。
∙The new associates must pass on-the-job test after the training. The unqualified person must be trained and test again until he is qualified.
现场培训完成后员工必須通过现场培训测试,不合格者需再培训、考核至合格为止。
∙Collect the training matrix.(For the new associates, you should collect it during 30-60-90 ,for the transferred associates, you should collect the matrix from the
sponsors after they have reported on department for one month)
到期回收员工培训模式对于参加培训需求培训的新同事,通常在30、60、90天的回顾会上收集;对于转职到部门的员工,通常在一個月后向部门员工指导收集。

∙Put the training matrix into the training files for latter reference.
将培训模式存档备查。
5.Needs Assessment Process
员工培训需求测试工作程序
Needs assessment is a test in writing for different departments‘ associates to test their specific knowledge and job skill. It is carried out in April every year.
员工培训需求测试是通过书面测试的形式对商场各部门员工进行部门专业知识及工作技能的测试。
员工现场工作测试每年4月份进行。
5.1Prepare
准备工作
∙Home office training team need to prepare the needs assessment test papers, and sent them to training coordinator in store.
总部培训组负责培训需求测试试题的准备,并提前将测试题传各店店內培训
协调员。
∙Training coordinator should inform all the associates in store about the needs assessment by memo.
培训协调员需就培训需求测试事宜发放备忘录,通知全体商场员工。
∙The memo includes the following备忘录内容包括:
❑Decide the needs assessment time, shift and location. Arrange the assessment according to the total number of the associates who need to attend it and the
real condition in store.
确定培训需求测试的时间/批次及点:根据需参加人员总数及商场营运的
实际情况,分批安排测试。
❑The trainee: Except HR, Admin, GMO, Engineering and LP, all non-
management associates in operations (including full-time and part-time
associates) need to attend it.
被测试对象:商场全体营运部门非管理层同事(包括全职/兼职员工),人力
资源部、行政部、总经办、工程部、防损部除外。
❑Form: Test without reference in writing.
测试的形式:闭卷考试,采用书面测试形式,
❑Others: Attend the assessment on time and remind them to take pen and paper.
其它相关事宜:按安排按时参加测试、携带纸笔等。
❑Enclose The Assessment Time Schedule to facilitate the different departments sponsors deciding date and shifts for the assessment.
附<测试时间安排表>供各部门主管填报部门员工参加测试的具体日期及
批次。
(目的是为了跟进员工的参与率及减少试题的复印量)。
∙Ask a new non-management namelist from R&A and make the attendance sheet.
向招聘组索要一份商场最新非管理层人员名单,制作签到表。
∙Copy the test papers of different departments according to the headcount of every shift.
根据每批参加的人数,复印各部门测试题及答题卷。
∙Prepare the classroom, tables and chairs and correction pen.
准备课室、桌椅及备用笔和涂改液。
5.2Conduct
进行
∙Write the test rules on the white board in order to remind the associates to pay attention.
将考场规则要求写在白板上,提醒员工注意考场纪律。
∙Send out the test paper and maintain the discipline during the whole process.
将试卷发给来参加测试的同事,在考试的整个过程中,维持考场纪律。
∙Collect the answered paper and let the associates sign on the attendance sheet.
回收答卷。
交还答卷和测试题的同事均需在签到表上签到。
∙Summarize the attendance sheet everyday to find out if there is any associate has not come and inform the department to follow up it.
每天进行一次汇总,发现是否有未按要求参加测试的同事,及时通知部门跟
进。

5.3.3Supervisors‘ duties
所有主管需负责:
∙Correct the answer sheets and register the scores on the scores list. 批阅部门员工的测试答卷,并将得分登记在《员工测试成绩登分表》上。

∙Follow up the reasons of the absences and fill their names in the absent namelist.
跟进未参加测试的同事的缺席原因,并填写在现场工作测试缺席人员名单上。
∙Collect the scores list, retraining plan applicant form, corrected test papers and absent namelist.
培训协调员回收员工测试成绩登分表、再培训计划填报表及已修改的部门测试题及答案、现场工作测试缺席人员名单。
∙According to the number of participants, consider if another assessment for the absent ones is needed.
视未参加现场工作测试的人数多少,考虑是否应该为缺席人员再安排一次现场工作测试。
∙Calculate the attendance rate and summarize the test results, the problems occurred during the test and the other concerns. Submit a report to the training team in home office.
汇总现场工作测试的参与率及各部门考核成绩、现场工作测试中出现的问题及其它事项,将现场工作测试报告交总部培训部。
∙Follow up the execution of the retraining action irregularly according to the retraining plans made by the departments. Ensure it is conducted complying with the retraining plans.
根据部门填报的再培训计划,不定期地到部门跟进,确保部门按照再计划培
训对员工进行培训。
6.The Vendor Training Process
供应商培调工作程序
Vendor Training is a training for the associates performed by the vendor about their products. The purpose is to reinforce the merchandise knowledge for the associates on the sales floors to help increase the sales amount and upgrade the quality of customer service.
供应商培训是由供应商就商场所售商品為我商场员工所提供的培训,目的是幫助商场员工,主要是樓面员工了解品知识,從而提高商场销售額及顾客服务質量。
6.1Vendor Training Survey
The training coordinator should conduct a vendor training survey each season (on
the first ten days of February, May, August and November).
店内培训协调员每季度进行供应商培训调查(分別在3、6、9、12月上旬进
行)。
6.2Training Coordinator should deliver the ―Vendor Training Survey Notice‖ and
―Vendor Training Questionnaire‖ to the supervisors in each department. The
questionnaire should be filled up according to the actual needs and forwarded to
Training Coordinator on time after each supervisor summarizing the opinions and
suggestions from associates.
店內培训员将《供应商培训调查通知》及《供应商培训调查表》发給各部门
主管,由各部门主管收集总员工意见,并根据部门工作需要,填报供应商培
训需求调查表按时交培训协调员。
6.3Training Coordinator is responsible for collecting and analyzing all the
questionnaires and presenting the training needs as results to the Training
Coordinator of Merchandising Department before the 15th of the last month of
each season.
店内培训协调员根据调查表汇总培训需求,并在每季度最后一个月(即3、
6、9月)的1日前将需求交给采购部培训协调员。
6.4Training Coordinator of Merchandising Department will be responsible for
classifying the training needs from each store and forwarding the result to the
Buyers. The relevant Buyer will connect with the vendor to arrange the vendor
training things.
采购部培训协调员将各店培训调查表分类,交采购员联系供应商安排相关培训事宜
6.5The Buyer will confirm the training time, location, subject and requirement with
the vendor by fax
on ―Vendor training confirming letter‖ according to the survey result and inform the vendor to prepare the training materials.
采购员根据调查表中要求,通过传真《供应商培训确认信》(参副页)与供应商确定培训时间、地点、问题和需求,并通知供应商准备相关培训资料。
6.6The confirmation letter signed by the vendor will be transmitted to the buyer to
confirm the of the confirmation letter, alongside the vendor training schedule for the following three months to the training coordinator .
将有其签名的确认信回传给采购员,以确认该培训。
采购培训协调员会在每
季度初将该确认信复印件,连同三个月的供应商培训安排表传给相关店內培训协调员。
6.7The Training Coordinator should confirm the attendance total number and training
date with the department want to change the training date or time , the Training
Coordinator should contact the vendor directly and negotiate with the vendor as
soon as possible. The actual time should be ultimately determined by the training coordinator‘s final confirmation.
店內培训协调员应提前三天至一周联系部门经理/主管以确定学员人数及培。
