四川省成都市历史悠久, 古迹众多, 是中国著名的历史文化名城. 它位于成都平原腹地, 景色秀丽,山川俊美, 随着近年来的经济飞速发展, 成都市必将成为世界超大型现代化田园城市。

锦江区历史悠久，人文荟萃，更有着广阔的发展前景。锦江区内的人民南路是成都市最为核心的一条主干道，沿线设政务、商务、商业功能，汇聚了高端写字楼、零售商业及豪华酒店。

Road, one of the key elements of urban

contexture of Chengdu, creates the most

prominent access of the city, combining

political, commercial and trading

functions, especially high-end office

buildings together with retail functions

accompanied by luxury hotels.

The area of the project is divided into two

plots, West and East of South Renmin

Road neighbouring Jinjiang River. Both

plots are occupied with hotels and

restaurant facilities so that the future

building structure has to respect the

existing buildings. Especially for plot B

there are three options which depend on

the area available for future constructions. 人民南路将项目用地划分为东西两

块，南临锦江。两个地块上均已建有

酒店及餐饮功能，因此未来的规划需

考虑现有建筑的存在，特别地块B, 根

据可用地面积的不同形成3种不同方

案。

成都中央商务区 锦江新天地The Valley

It is the major target of the project to combine both sites by a strong public element, which is conceived as an architectural landscape – The Valley. It links all the buildings which appear like mountains to the North and to the South of it. The topographical treatment of the valley allows to create a bridge over South Renmin Road, so that both plots can be seen as an entity. The landscape atmosphere of the valley is produced by its curvilinear shape which is widened

to small squares for people to gather and stroll around. Natural elements like

绿谷

本项目的主要设计目标是用一个鲜明的公共元素将两个地块连接起来, 这一元素即建筑景观的绿谷。绿谷连接所有建筑，南北两侧的建筑如同连绵的小山，绿谷的地形起伏，在人民南路之上形成天桥，将两个地块连接成为一个整体。绿谷延绵起伏，线条柔美，弯曲处延伸为小型广场，供人们休憩散步。绿谷内竹林遍布，绿树成荫，点缀以长椅、亭台，在成都闹市区创造出一个静谧优雅的公共空间，给人以全新的空间感受。

建筑体量也沿承了绿谷的流线造型，

create in the extraordinary public place

with new a completely new feeling for

space in the city centre of Chengdu.

The curvilinear shape is taken up by the

building volumes as well, so that they

appear as a transformation of mountain

or stones to buildings and constructions.

Because of setbacks those high-rise

buildings create a highly identifiable

silhouette for the new project, especially

from the other side of Jinjiang River.

因此实现了山石景观到建筑结构的完

美转换。高层建筑的层次错落，极具

立体感，令人过目不忘，创造出锦江

岸边独具特色的都市剪影。
