.word可编辑.一、简介JK-B、JK-C、JK-C1、JK-C2型多时段定时式智能多相位信号控制仪是由南昌金科交通科技股份有限公司开发研制的,符合GB/T25280-2010标准,该系列产品针对各种繁忙路口和复杂的交通流量下的车辆及行人进行通行控制,运用单片机及I2C总线技术进行控制,采用工业级CPU,软硬件看门狗技术使控制仪能在各种恶劣条件下正常工作。
硬件设计将控制仪电源与输出负载电源分离,当负载回路发生短路故障时,能自动断开输出回路,并有指示灯指示。
使用先进的软件设计思路,简便易行的操作方法,能方便实现对28路(JK-B)、44路(JK-C、JK-C1、JK-C2)输出控制。
JK-B型信号机一般多用于机动四灯、五灯的控制上,JK-C、JK-C1、JK-C2型信号机较适用于多车道箭头灯控制上。
二、功能特点⏹保护功能。
当外界电网波动引起电压、电流过大或信号输出严重短路故障,超出信号机承受能力时,本机自动断开强电,使本身得到保护,而控制线路继续工作,同时,面板上保护指示灯亮,通知用户查明故障原因。
⏹四种运行模式,分别为平日、双休、假日、临时,每种模式下最多可设置十个时段,每个时段内最多可设置八个相位。
⏹信号机停电后继续自动走时,并可保持设定好的数据在十年以内的时间不丢失。
⏹如遇紧急情况,可以手动强制通行。
⏹内设硬件、软件看门狗技术。
⏹可设置夜间黄闪和信号灯全部关闭功能。
⏹在信号灯转换时,可设置绿闪、红闪、红黄同亮三种转换模式。
⏹面板模拟路口运行,车道及人行道显示,六位LED数码管构成友好人机对话界面。
⏹十六个工作指示灯,显示控制器运行状态,十一个按键采用先进设计思想,操作灵活简便,功能强大。
⏹具有故障检测功能,可以检测红绿灯故障、是否有绿冲突。

The grease used in the solenoid valves built into the product is not food grease.Grease may drain out of the product from the solenoid valve EXH. If necessary, pipe it to the outside of the area.7. The product generates particles from the wear of sliding parts inside. When the product is used as an air blower, install an appropriate filter on the outlet of the product to prevent foreign matter from flowing to the downstream. Filters require regular inspection, replacement of the element, and maintenance referring to the operation manual.8. Flush the piping line before using the product for the first time and after it has been replaced. Also, if piping, etc., is to be connected, flush (air blow) before using the product for the first time in order to reduce the effects of the dust generated from the connection, etc. Flushing the line is also required to eliminate contamination resulting from the installation of piping lines. 一.概述本厂生产的LCK系列智能流量测控装置,是高技术的机电一体化产品。
该装置把流量计、流量调节器、智能化控制器等三部分组合成一体,适合于单回路的调节过程。

二.结构原理及特点2.1 LCK系列智能流量测控装置的结构见附图:图一为水平式结构、图二为角式结构。

该控制器广泛用于油田配注、化工、科研、工业污水处理等自动测控方案中。
流量控制装置是集多功能为一体的控制装置,具有动态平衡,静态自锁功能,采用多级密封结构,,适合应用在高压并且对于泄漏要求严格的场合,也可用于母液配比混合液体的场合,控制装置体积小、控制精度高、响应灵敏,特别适合对压力、流量、液位、温度生产过程的调节。

二、流量控制装置工作原理流量控制装置通过采样配套电磁流量计的实时瞬时流量信号、通过嵌入式微处理器处理和智能控制策略,自动完成管道设定流量的调整。
在母液配比应用中,可通过同时采样母液流量和配比液流量,自动完成混合液的定量配比。
当您将所需要的流量设定值或混合液配比参数通过人机交互部分输入嵌入式控制器中,流量控制装置便可通过比较设定值和流量计采样值,结合智能的闭环控制策略,自动控制阀门调整机构实现流量的精确调整。

KQC-C型超载限制器体积较小,带有安装卡槽,并可外接小型显示板或大屏幕。
KQC-C型超载限制器具有结构合理、安装方便、调试操作简单、工作可靠、精度高等一系列优点。
采用单个传感器时可用于塔机、卷扬机等;采用两个传感器时可用于施工升降机。

立即投入运行的模式。而 D2 则表示一用一备,既在干总管道上用一个流量控制器控制 2 个软 水器的罐体,并且采用批量控制再生,同时保证有一个罐体处在备用状态(无备用 C 型和有 备用状态 D 型的实施是用控制出水电磁阀的方式实现的)。D3 表示二用一备,但是流量计探头 必须安装在各个对应的分支管道上,不能装在总管道上。刚刚再生结束的则为备用状态,其 出水电磁阀在备用状态时始终为关闭状态,待下一个罐体进入再生时,备用罐体的出水电磁 阀将自动打开,进入工作状态。E2、E3 则分别表示同时工作分别再生,且再生后直接进入工 作状态,当遇到有同时进入再生时,JMC 会根据先后顺序,依次控制各自的再生,不会出现同 时再生状态。需要注意的是如果出现同时再生,那么后到达再生条件的罐体将继续出水,直 至等到其它罐体再生结束后,才会自动进入再生状态,而其间的流量累计将会出现负值,但 不会改变其批量值。出现这种状态,主要是各个罐体出水不均匀所致,应当进行调整,使得 每个罐体的出水流量尽量一致,从而避免同时再生情况的发生。对于第一次投运的各个罐体, 需要将剩余流量拉开,不要同时投运,采用错时运行,这样就可以错开再生时间。对于批量 值一般要留出 5%-10%的余量,避免因重叠再生造成出水不合格现象的发生。 2、批量: 批量值的设定方法: 首先在以下画面中将光标移动到批量的位置上:
