反身代词代词的运用及练习

反身代词

表示反射或强调的代词称为反身代词。反身代词可译为“本人；本身”，为加强语气也常译为“亲自；自己”。反身代词有人称和数的变化，具体参见课本P108。反身代词的功用

◆可作动词或介词的宾语。如：

My cousin is able to dress herself. (作动词的宾语)

That man only thinks about himself. (作介词的宾语)

◆也可用作主语或宾语的同位语，表示强调，反身代词要重读。反身代词强调主语时，其位置比较灵活。如：

I myself will go to the party. / I will go to the party myself. (作主语的同位语)

Bob wanted to visit Mrs. Miller herself. (作宾语的同位语)

注意：用反身代词作同位语时，要避免某些歧义现象。如：

Joe will go and see Mark himself.

(乔将亲自去看望马克。/ 乔将去看望马克本人。)

◆还可用在系动词后作表语。如：

The boy in the picture is myself. (作表语)

enjoy oneself (玩得开心)

help oneself to sth.(随便吃点……)

(all) by oneself (独自) learn by oneself (自学)

teach oneself (自学) cut oneself (割 / 切着自己)

take care of oneself (照顾自己)

hurt oneself (伤着自己)

keep ... to oneself (保守秘密)
