一、教学内容分析

本课时的主要教学内容是Let’s learn & Let’s find out.出自《PEP 小学英语》六年级下册Unit3 《Last Weekend》Part A。通过这一节课的学习让学生能够运用所学知识表达过去时间所做的事情并掌握表达过去的方法。

二、学情分析&教学设想

六年级的学生对于英语已经有了一定的自主学习能力,同时,学生已经掌握了较多的动词短语,为本课时的学习打下了基础。本课时,学生将在已学动词短语的基础上,掌握动词过去式的构成以及部分动词的过去时态,同时,谈论在过去时间做过的事情。

教师在分析学情的基础上可以采用以旧引新的教学方法。通过谈论现在引出过去所做的事情,将达到事半功倍的教学效果。

三、教学目标

1、知识与技能

1)能够听、说、读、写短语watched TV、washed the clothes、cleaned the room、played football、visited grandparents,掌握规则动词一般过去式的构成,以及部分不规则动词的过去式形式。

2)能听懂问句What did you do last weekend?并做出正确回答; 能运用所学语言知识完成Let’s find out的任务。

2、过程与方法

?通过以旧引新、创设情景帮助学生理解文本信息。

?通过多媒体创设真实情境,培养他们的听说交际能力。

?通过拓展性练习活动,培养学生语言运用的能力。

?通过小组活动,培养学生小组合作意识。

3、情感态度与价值观

培养学生养成良好的生活、学习习惯。学会用英语叙述自己做过的事情。

四、教学重难点

1)重点:听说读写短语watched TV、washed the clothes、cleaned the room、played football、visited grandparents;能听说句子What did you do last weekend?并能就过去时间所做的事情进行简单回答.

2)难点:学生对本课的几个短语都比较熟悉,但动词的过去式第一次出现,因此,这几个短语的动词过去式的构成及其发音是本课时的难点。

五、课前准备

1)本课时的动词短语卡片

2)前一个星期六或星期日的日历

3)录音机、磁带、多媒体课件

4)学生准备本部分的动词短语卡片以及前面几册学过的相关动词短语的卡片。

六、教学过程

I、Warm-up

1)教师课前播放本课时Let’s chant部分的歌谣。

2)师生一起吟唱五下Unit1的歌谣“What Do You Do on the Weekend?”复习与周末活动相关的动词短语。

(设计意图:通过歌谣复习学过的动词短语,能让学生活跃英语学习氛围。)

II、Preview

1)教师引导学生进行对话练习

What do you usually do on the weekend?”

I usually ……..”

How do you feel when you go hiking?

I feel ………

2) More words more better games

(设计意图:以学过的对话引出新对话,降低新知识学习的难度。) III、Presentation&Pratice

(预设:通过前两个环节的学习,学生对动词短语已经很熟悉了,教师应该重点引导学生对动词过去式的学习。)

1、课件展示一张小鸭的照片,让学生猜猜小鸭上一周是什么?What was it last weekend? Can you guess?

An egg.

It was an egg. A hen was from an egg. It can’t run. But now it can swim. Yes?

Did you swim last weekend?

Yes. /No.

What did you do last weekend?

教师及时展示踢足球的图片“played football”并用不同颜色的笔涂改过去式的后缀ed, 教师领读短语的过去式,学生模仿跟读。

教师板书词组,学生书写。

2.操练新词组

Where did you play football last weekend?

I played football on the playground/ in the garden……

Who did you play football with?

I played football with……

(设计意图:用对话形式操练词组,做到在旧语言点中学习新句型,这样比单纯的词组操练更富有实际意义。)

3.教师利用课件图片串出一个个小情境分别教授过去词组visited grandparents, 帮助爷爷奶奶cleaned the room , washed the clothes,然后和爷爷奶奶一起watched TV.

4、教师领读短语的过去式,学生模仿跟读。

5、(预设:再归纳动词过去式时,教师只点明动词过去式的规则和读音,不需要重点强调。)

课件呈现五个过去词组,引导学生自己总结动词变过去式的一般规则。然后归纳这五个动词词组的过去式的读音。

(1)在清辅音后面发/t/:watched, washed.

(2)在浊辅音和元音后面发/d/:cleaned, played

(3)在/t/,/d/音后面发/id/:visited

6.Pair Work

1)课件展示情境图片,让学生同位之间进行对话练习

What did you do last weekend?

I ……..

2)同桌配合猜猜做过什么的游戏。

学生A面对黑板,学生B面对同学,找下面的学生问“What did you do last weekend?”学生B做动作,学生A 用“I……..”回答。猜对为本组加分。最后嘉奖。

3)比比谁写的快又准游戏

(设计意图:本课重点是听说读写本课词组,所以设计这一环节激发学生当堂背诵单词的积极性。)

IV.Extension&Consolitation

(1)填空练习,巩固理解.

为了巩固学生对动词过去式的理解,我设计了一些强化训练,如填空: Last weekend,I homework at eight in the morning。I football with my friends at ten….

(设计意图:针对高段学生的实际,让学生对动词的过去式进行运用,更加深了学生对动词的一般过去时的印象,同时帮助学生掌握正确规范的书写,为将来进一步的学习做了很好的铺垫.)

(2)学习Let’s find out部分.

先设计一个记忆游戏,多媒体课件出示Let’s find out 中的图片并快

速遮住,提问:What did Zoom do last weekend?引入到谈论第三者,学生根据图片回答:He watched TV…接着利用图片,同桌合作,看图片操练对话。

通过这个练习,学生再一次加深了对动词短语过去式的印象.

(3)补充拓展练习Make a survey:

在设计这堂课时,我尽可能地采用听、说、游戏的方式,通过各个有趣、实用、轻松、活泼的活动,让学生在玩中学,学中用,逐步解决本课的重、难点,提高了课堂实效,培养了学生学习的兴趣。我相信通过让学生主体参与、体验感悟、游戏巩固,是一定能圆满实现课堂教学任务的。当然,由于自己水平有限,各个环节之间还存在着很多缺点和不足,愿各位老师提出宝贵的意见和建议。
