中国绿色铸造
随着超大型铸件国产化水平的不断提升、绿色铸造理念进一步成为企业发展的重要指导理念,绿色铸造顾名思义就是节能环保型铸造。铸造行业开始逐步摆脱过去“傻、大、黑、粗”的行业形象。如今的铸造行业,正逐渐向“高、快、大、新”转变,即产品自动化程度、设备可靠性、使用寿命、安全性以及精度要提高;生产节拍、设备更新以及设备供货周期加快;设备本身越来越大,涉及的专业范围越来越宽,铸造设备的范畴逐渐加大;新工艺、新设备的不断涌现,行业的发展水准迈上了一个新的台阶。
节能和环保是实施绿色铸造生产,实现可持续发展的关键。必须研究和推广适合中国国情的节能、环保新技术和新设备。
一、已融化和加热设备为重点,全方位挖掘节能潜力,采用各项新技术,消除对环境的污染,提高熔炼质量,降低废品率。
二、节约材料资源、开发材料的再生技术、回收利用铸造废弃物、创造最高的价值回用。比如,采用旧砂回用的新技术。
三、从材料、工艺、设备多方面入手,解决环境污染问题,开发无毒精炼技术,无毒无味粘接剂及白色铸造粉料,除尘技术,砂型再生技术,无粉尘铸造技术。
四、加强生产过程的机械化和自动化,实现无余量的铸造生产技术。
The Green Casting in China
With the increasing improvement of nationalization level of oversize casting production, the green casting concept has become an important guiding idea for enterprise development. As the name implies, green casting refers to the one that conserves energy and protects environment. Now, the casting industry has started to break out of past industry image of foolishness, bulk, dirtyness and extensiveness and transfer to that of enhancement, acceleration, enlargement and renewal, namely, the enhancement of product automation, equipment reliablity, usage life-span, safety and precision; the acceleration of production pace, equipment renewal and supply cycle; more and more greater equipments and more and more broader related professional scope and category of casting equipments as well; new technics and equipments are springing up and the industry development has come to a new scratch.
Energy conservation and environment protection plays a key role in carrying out green casting production and achieving sustainable development. Hence, the new energy-saving and environment-friendly technology and equipments, which suit Chinese practice, must be researched and generalized. Some examples are as follows:
1.Focusing on melting and heating equipments, energy-saving
potential is tapped fully. And quite a few new technologies are
adopted in order to eliminate environmental pollution, improve
melting quality and decrease rejection rate.
2.With saving meterial resources, developing reproducing
technology of material and recycling casting wastes, the recycling value is created at utmost. For an instance, new technology of recycling used is adopted.
3.Measures are taken in material, process and equipment to solve
the problem of enviromental pollution, such as, to develop non-poisonous refinning technology, dust-eliminating technology, clean casting technology and research non-poisonous and tasteless adhesive and environment-friendly casting material.
4.Mechanization and automation is reinforced to achieve casting
production without remains.
