1】Put the following English to Chinese and explain which technique in amplification from sentences .

Whether fighting enemy, competing in the economic market or struggling to achieve personals, conflicts exist.

But by applying the philosophies and principles of Sun Tsu(孙武），conflict can peacefully be overcome. This is not to say dealing with conflict is a passive undertaking. Rather, it is a matter of balancing warlike and peaceful measure. Sun Tzu writes,”he who relies solely on warlike measures shall be examined; he who relies solely on peaceful measures shall perish.”It is a matter of balance and the right combination of thinking and doing.

无论是同敌人作斗争，在市场经济中竞争，还是在实现自我（或个人目标）的奋斗过程中，冲突（或矛盾）都存在。

但是运用孙子兵法的哲理，冲突可以和平解决。这并不是说处理冲突是无所作为的（或一件无用的事）。相反，它是一种平衡战争与和平的措施。孙武写道，“仅仅好战的人会被消除（或仅仅依靠暴力和战争的手段来征服敌人的人将会被消除）；仅仅依靠和平手段而从不战争的人将会灭亡。”这是一种思与行的平衡和正确结合。
