一、产品原理概况Theory

本产品是采用脉宽调制（PWM）技术控制的新型开关电源。输入的交流电压经过整流滤波产生的300V左右的直流电压，在专用芯片的控制下，电路中的变压器、开关器件产生高频方波电压，经过大功率整流管后输出高精度、高稳定的直流电压。

Our products are new style of Power Switch Supply by using PWM technical and controlled by PWM. Input V olatge will produce approximately 300V DC/DC voltage when it goes through reatification filtering, the transformer、switch will cause high frequency square wave voltage and output high preciseness、high stable DC/DC voltage when it passes high power rectifying tube under the controll of ASIC chip.

2、工作电压范围宽：输入电压可在170-264V内正常工作。

4、卓越的工作性能：大功率的开关电源有5-10秒的延时检测电路设计，能很好的杜绝电源通电瞬间输出不稳定的高电压，从而能防止负载不受高电压的冲击（特别是LED发光源，能最大限度的减少因工作电压突变所造成的光衰）。

Extraordinary working performance: high capacity Power Switch Supply has the design of 5-10 seconds delay of MEMS, it can completely eradicate power supply output unstable high voltage when the current switched on instantly , avoid the high voltage attack constant load.( especially for LED luminous source,it can minimize weak light because of working voltage perturbation.

5、保护功能：短路、过流、过热保护。

6、安装方便：本产品设计成防雨（户外）和不防雨（户内）两种。防雨电源采用强度高、防锈的金属外壳悬挂式结构设计，可随地悬挂安装，减少输入、输出的连接电线。

Installation Facility: There are two designs, one is rain-proof and used for outdoor; another one is anti rain-proof and used for indoor. Rain-proof power supply use high strength and antirust hanging structure with metal shell design, which can be installed everywhere to reduce the input/ouput connecting wire.

7、当负载过大时，电源会发生保护，出现间歇性通断的异常状态，此时应减少负载。

Power supply protect function will start when over loaded; please reduce load once on-off unusual status happened.

三、产品使用注意事项及安装方法

Precaution&Installation Method

1、使用注意事项

（1）、输入电压应接在规定的工作电压范围内（输入电压220V AC）。Input voltage should connect into the allowance range of working voltage (Input voltage 220V AC)

（2）、严禁在高温环境下使用，电源应有良好的散热空间与环境。Strictly prohibited to use power supply in high temperature environment, it should has favorable heat transfer space and environment.

（3）、严禁将电源安装在易燃物上（如木制品、易燃塑料等），要远离油站或禁止烟火的地方。

Strictly prohibited to install power supply on inflammable (ex: woodwork, flammable plastic etc), should keep away from gas station and the place where smoking and fire are prohibited.

2、安装方法

（1）、严格按照电源输出端子所指示的接线位置接线，接线要牢固，确定输入输出线不要接反（输入“220V AC”接市电；输出“+”接负载正极，输出“-”接负载负极）。Connecting to the indicated position according to power supply output terminal strictly, the wiring must be stable and make sure that the Input-Output wiring is not reversed.( Input“220V AC”connet to AC；Output “+”connect to load anode，output“-”connect to constant cathode）（2）、在通电前，用万用表检查输入电压是否与工作电压相符（工作电
