大客车非独立空调系统设计

摘要

汽车工业是我国的支柱产业之一,其发展必然会带动汽车空调产业的发展。汽车空调作为空调技术在汽车上的应用,它能创造车室内环境的舒适性,保持车室内空气温度、湿度、流速、洁净度、噪声和余压等在热舒适的标准范围内,不仅有利于保护司乘人员的身心健康,提高其工作效率和生活质量,而且还对增加汽车行驶安全性具有积极作用。

本文主要阐述了非独立式空调系统在大客车上的应用。一共分为七个部分,第一部分为客车非独立空调系统的基本原理和结构,重点指明了客车空调的工作原理,并对非独立空调系统的结构以及各个部件在系统中的分布进行了详细的介绍。第二部分主要介绍了大客车空调系统的热负荷并对其进行分析计算,此外,对汽车空调的节能途径也进行了一系列探讨。第三、四部分分别介绍了客车空调的制冷系统、取暖系统,了解其特点以及空调系统的组成。第五部分为非独立式空调系统通风,空气净化处理,并说明其目的以及对系统的维护。第六部分为非独立式空调系统对压缩机、制冷剂及干燥剂的采用,其中针对压缩机的类型及制冷剂的选择进行了详细的说明。最后一部分介绍了汽车空调的调节内容及自动保护。

Abstract

Automotive industry is one of the pillar industries in china, and its development will lead the development of automotive air-conditioning industry. As the application of air-conditioning technology on the automotive, automotive air-conditioning can create micro-car indoor thermal comfort environment, and maintain vehicle air temperature, humidity, flow, cleanliness, noise and pressure in the standard area of thermal comfort. It isn’t only good for protecting the health of the drivers and passenger improving the work efficiency and life quality, but also has a positive effect to increase the driving safety of the automotive. This thesis mainly expands the application of non-independent air-conditioning system on the bus. It consists of seven parts, the first part is the basic principles and structure of non-independent air-conditioning system on the bus, and it emphasizes the working principle of bus air-conditioning system, and introduces the structure of non-independent air-conditioning system and the distribution of distribution of each subassembly in system. The second part mainly introduces the heat load of bus air-conditioning system, and it also analyses and calculates the heat load. Besides, it carried out a series discussion about the energy-saving approach of automotive air-conditioning. The third and fourth parts introduce the refrigeration system and heating system of bus air-conditioning, make people know their characteristics and the composition of air-conditioning system. The fifth part is about the ventilation of non-independent air-conditioning system, air purification. It also states its purpose, as well as the maintenance of the system. The sixth part is the adopting of the non-independent air-conditioning in desiccant cooling agent, including for the type of compressor and refrigerant selection of detail. And it introduces the type of desiccant cooling agents, the choice of desiccant cooling in detail. The last part introduces the automatic protection and automatic protection of vehicle air-conditioning.
