6.1The condition and steps for Party A pay the project funds to Party B:

Party A aarees to Dav Partv B for RMB150Q00丫ua n three days after the be。innina of the

project,the bala nee will be paid 97% after the qualified completi on, and 3% warra ntv quara ntee

fee will be paid one years if there is no quality problem.

6.2Mode of payme nt: .

s each 6.3Party B shall submit to Party A equivale nt inv oice before Party A

payme nt, otherwise, Party A can refuse to pay un til the recei ving of the Party B inv oice.

6.4The inv oice provided by Party B should be valid. Any falls inv oice provided by Party B which

are found by releva nt office, the Party B should not only provide the valid inv oice to Party A,

but also bear the resp on sible caused by the in valid inv oice.

7.Variati on of desig n and visa

7.1Duri ng the process of the project, any con tract list, tech no logy check ing list ( not in

elude the variatio n, additi on, substituti on, and reducti on on the draw in gs a nd project fee) concerning about this project shall only be regarded as effective with the confirmation of the

representative Party A in writing.

7.2Any variati on no tice list, tech no logy check ing list, con tract list, tech no logy check

ing list (in elude the draw ings desig n) concerning about this project shall on ly be regarded as

effective with the con firmatio n of the seal of Party A.

7.3In the eve nt of Party B fails to complete the project accord ing to the draw ing variati on,

Party B shall pay to Party Aas pen alty for the breach.Party B will also bear

the resp on sible and the rework ing fee caused by the con ti nued work ing regardless of the new

desig n.

7.4Party B shall take full responsibility for any loss caused by delaying for more than days appl

ying for exte nsion vise from Party A days after the recei ving of cha nged

desig n.

8.Accepta nee and Final Audit of the project

8.1Accepta nee of the project

8.1.1This project should meet the n atio nal quality accepta nee sta ndards and should be accepted

at the first in spect ion after completi on. The Quality Accepta nee Criteria of Con struct ion of n

ati on must be regarded as the accepta nee sta ndards for the project. Party B shall inform Party A

in writing of all kinds of inspection and acceptanee withi n 3 days.

Party A shall arrange inspection and acceptanee within3 working days after receiving the

notification.

8.1.2Party B shall be resp on sible for the re-i nspect ion cost, and the project period shall not

be exte nded.
