Chaoyang Airport Parking Management Regulations

A.Parking lot management

a)Drivers of the vehicles entering the parking lot must comply with

these regulations,following the commons of the parking attendants and parking in the assigned space.

a)Drivers should limit vehicles’ top speed to five kilometers per hour and

spay close to traffic signs.

b)Before leaving with locked door and closed window, the drivers should pull

up the vehicle with its tightened hand break and carry the valuables with themselves.

c)It’s drivers’ responsibility to keep the parking lot clean. They should

take waste and rubbish in special collection point without dropping them arbitrarily from the vehicles. Drivers should deal with at once in these conductions that the vehicles are leaking oil or with radiator leaking in order to prevent contaminating the ground.

d)It’s the responsibility for drivers to protect the public utility from

breakdown. Whoever damages the public utility or other vehicles and other people in the parking lot must have to bears full responsibility.

e)No vehicle cleaning, No car repairing, No test running, No practice driving

in parking lot.

f)The driver who damages other vehicle without parking aright into the parking

spot will be responsible to compensate the owner of other vehicle.

g)The ChaoYang airport just provides the space to park and don’t have the

responsibility to keep personal stuff.

h)With the inflammable commodity, the explosive commodity, dangerous goods

and toxic chemical, the vehicle is prohibited to enter.

i)The power of interpretation of the Parking Lot Management Regulations shall

be vested in ChaoYang Airport.

B.Parking attendants responsibility

a)Parking attendants not only stringent regulate, but also earnestly

implement the Party and state policies, law and regulations, and various rules and regulations of the airport.

b)Parking attendants tracking check and exercise a close supervision over the

taxi drivers whether are picking up passengers follow the relative law and regulation of ChaoYao.

c)Parking attendants have the responsibility to preserve parking lot order.

d)Parking attendants make an inspection tour in all direction of the parking

lot. If finding something suspicious, they must to report to higher body and resolve.

e)Parking attendants have privilege to discourage driver who is disorder

parking in order to harmony.

f)Finishing other tasks assigned by higher leader.

一、停车场管理

（一）凡进入停车场的车辆必须遵守本管理规定，服从管

理人员的指挥，按指定的位置停放。

（二）车辆进入停车场时，车速不得超过五公里，并按照

交通标志指示行驶。

（三）车辆进场按规定停放后，车主应熄火、拉紧手刹、

带走贵重财物，锁好门窗后再行离开。

（四）车主有责任保持停车场清洁卫生。车上的杂物及垃

圾不得随意乱扔，应投放在指定地点；车辆有漏油、漏水现象时，应立即处理，防止污染地面。

（五）车主有责任维护停车场公共设施不受破坏，任何车

辆对停车场内设施造成损坏或导致其他人员车辆受伤受损，必须承担全部责任。

（六）禁止在停车场内洗车、修车、试车、练车。

（七）车主不依划线停放而引起其他车辆受损的，车主将

负全部赔偿责任。

（八）停车场仅提供停车场地，保管财物责任车主自负。

（九）严禁装载有易燃、易爆、危险品和有毒化学品的车

辆进入停车场。

（十）停车场管理规定解释权归朝阳机场

二、停车场管理员职责

1.认真贯彻国家政策法规、机场的各项规章制度，依法

严格管理。

2.跟踪检查、监督出租车是否严格执行朝阳市相关法律

法规进行接送乘客。

3.维护停车场秩序。

4.全方位对停车场进行面上巡逻，发现可疑情况，及时

报告处理。

5.有权对乱停乱放车辆进行劝阻和协调。

6.完成领导交办的其他工作。
