One possible version:

My good habit is going to bed early and getting up early.

Two years ago, when I was in Grade Seven, I liked reading books in bed. Every day after I finished my homework, I lay i n bed until 00:00. The next day, I couldn’t get up on time. I used to arrive late for school, and I felt tired and sleepy in class. My grades were so bad that my parents were disappointed with me.

With the help of my teacher and my parents, I have given up the bad habit. Ever since then, I have been in bed early and I always get up early. I have never got to school late again. As a result, I’m much stronger and doing better in school now.

From that ,I know that good habits can help us get good health and good grades.
