疏水缔合聚丙烯酰胺聚合物驱油剂的制备及应用研究
摘要
随着当今科技的迅猛发展,水溶性高分子材料己经从最初的几个系列产品,发展成为完整的水溶性高分子工业,并以其难以替代的卓越性能,在国民经济和日常生活的各个方面得到广泛应用。特别是在石油工业方面,在油气开采的各个坏节都可以见到水溶性高分子材料的踪影,特别是我国,由于三次采油的需要,大量使用了水溶性高分子材料。其中最为热门的要数疏水缔合水溶性聚合物,事实上这也是当今国际上的水溶性高分子研究的热点。
本文着重研究疏水缔合水溶性高分子的合成和应用。本文以长脂肪链疏水单体丙烯酸十八酯(ODA),与丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)通过自由基共聚法制得一种新型疏水缔合聚丙烯酰胺水溶性聚合物。确定了最适宜的合成条件,研究了聚合物的耐剪切,耐盐,耐温的溶液性质。结果表明,临界缔合浓度为0.27wt%,疏水缔合能力在临街浓度后迅速增强。聚合物溶液属于假塑性流体。在矿化度为1-4万时,U-OPAM盐溶液黏度要高于纯水溶液,有一定耐盐性;80℃粘度保持率达到60.99%。引入疏水单体ODA,赋予聚合物良好的溶液性能。驱油应用试验表明疏水缔合型聚丙烯酰胺比常规聚丙烯酰胺驱油效果更好,驱油率比普通聚丙烯酰胺提高10%左右总而言之,本文通过自由基聚合的方法合成聚丙烯酰胺聚合物,结合文献,研究疏水缔合聚丙烯酰胺水溶性聚合物溶液的特性与驱油的应用研究。

The Preparation of Hydrophobically Associating Polyacrylamide Flooding Oil Polymer and Application of Research
ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of science and technology, water-soluble polymer materials have been several series of products from the initial development of a complete water-soluble polymer industry and it’s hard to replace the excellent performance in the national e conomy and daily life in all has been widely used. Especially in the oil industry, the trace of the bad section of the oil and gas exploration can all see the water-soluble polymer material, especially in China, due to the needs of tertiary oil recovery, extensive use of water-soluble polymer material. One of the most popular to the number of hydrophobically associating water-soluble polymer, in fact, that today's international research focus of water-soluble polymer.
This paper focuses on the synthesis and applications of hydrophobically associating water-soluble polymer. Long aliphatic chain hydrophobic monomer octadecyl acrylate (ODA) - methyl propane sulfonic acid (AMPS) and acrylamide (AM), 2 - acrylamide-2-yl radical copolymerization prepared by a novel hydrophobic The association of polyacrylamide water-soluble polymer. Determine the most appropriate synthesis conditions, the resistance to shear, salinity and temperature of solution properties of the polymer. The results show that the critical association concentration of 0.27wt%, the hydrophobic association ability street concentration is rapidly increasing. The polymer solution is pseudoplastic fluid. Salinity 1-4 million U-OPAM salt solution viscosity is higher than pure water, some salt tolerance; 80 ℃viscosity retention rate of 60.99%.
