1.2 约定在本手册中为了简化描述,做以下约定:◆海康威视智能一卡通管理系统客户端简称为软件。

S6700H使用说明书一、概述S6700H速度控制器是一个全电子装置。

它对于瞬间的负荷变化,用快速和精确的响应,去控制发电机转速,且为闭环控制。

其基本特性是调整发动机的“起动燃油”和“速度波动”,这个特性可以在减少排烟烟度的情况下使发动机达到额定的转速和输出功率,并保持稳定。

并且S6700H速度控制器有电源反接保护、执行器的故障保护、失转速传感器信号保护。

与S6700E 相比较,还有超速保护和系统故障输入后的保护。

二、技术参数表2-1三、功能描述1、应用性功能速度闭环控制;并机控制;外部速度微调;外部怠速/额定速度转换。

2、保护功能电源反接保护;执行器故障保护;失转速信号保护;超速和外部高电平输入报警。

四、各电位器作用及调整顺序●起动前:首先检查接线是否正确,然后拆去14脚插座的第1、2端接线,测量执行器的电阻是否正确,如正常将这两根电线碰触电瓶正负极,执行器应“叭”的一声推至最大油量位置,断电时“叭”的一声回到零油量位,检查油泵齿条是否自由活动且没有阻力。

●起动燃油的调整(FIRING电位器):此电位器设定发动机点火时供油量的大小,为单圈电位器,最大有效调整角度为270度。

出厂时大约调校在中间位置,顺时针为增加起动供油量,逆时针为减小起动供油量。

在未开机前先顺时针旋到底。

待机组调校好后再调校起动燃油电位器,从顺时针的最大值调至逆时针的最小值,再将发动机起动,并在起动的同时将起动燃油电位器作顺时针调校至发动机刚能起动运行,反复起动机组及调校起动燃油电位器至最小的起动排烟状态。

●速度斜坡的调整(SPEED RAMPING 电位器):此电位器设定发动机从起动速度(怠速)转换至额定速度的快慢,为单圈电位器,最大有效调整角度为270度。

出厂时大约调校在中间位置,顺时针为延长转换时间(最长约20秒),逆时针为缩短转换时间。

●额定转速(RATED SPEED 电位器):此电位器设定发动机的额定转速,为多圈电位器。

當有錯誤發生時,顯示錯誤代號於其下方。

狀態鍵之顏色所代表意思如下:—紅色:機台有錯誤發生(cooling unit)。

—綠色:機台於準備狀態,可隨時生產 (program end)。

—白色:機台正常狀態。

—藍色:機台於維修模式下(Emergency stop)。

【Program Start】按下此鍵即可執行生產。

HGS—H型调速器操作说明书

HGS—H型调速器操作说明书HGS—H型调速器运行方式可分为自动(自动和电调盘电手动两种),手动(机调盘电手动和纯手动两种),由于此调速器采用伺服比例阀和集成阀块,取消了传统的电液转换器,杠杆平衡机构,开限机构,是操作机构大为简化,维护工作量也大为减少。

以下就自动、手动和日常维护操作加以说明。

一、自动运行方式1、HGS—H型调速器在自动方式工作时,通过液控阀实现手动对自动位置的实时跟踪,能够实现手、自动的平衡切换;2、在控制DC220V电源消失时,HGS—H型调速器自动切换至手动运行,电源恢复正常后,可切换回自动方式。

3、由于手动实时跟踪自动位置,在自动方式运行时,手动操作机构不起作用,但如果在此状态下进行机调柜手动增、减负荷时,对液控阀随动机构有一定的影响,即影像手动对自动位置的跟踪(如此时,调速器切换至手动运行方式,将造成负荷的变化),在手动操作停止后,液控阀又恢复正常的位置跟踪。

因此,在自动方式运行时,禁止在机调柜进行手动增、减负荷的操作;4、电调归由于取消了“释放”按钮,故在“现地”方式下,操作各功能键和组合键,将直接执行;5、电调盘增设了电手动操作方式,即在调速器“自动、现地”方式下,多了一种手动增、减功率给定的方式(共三种,电手动、功率给定+增、减键的组合方式、拨码轮);在任何情况下(除检修台调试外),严禁操作电手动方式。

二、手动运行方式1、机调柜纯手动增减负荷或开、停机时,由于手动操作杆机构不能自动回到中间位,因此,操做时应十分注意复中;2、由于纯手动采用操作杆机构,操作力不需很大,因此在操作时,尽量避免用力;3、HGS—H型调速器流量阀,由于在手动操作时控制油流量,因此,在任何情况下(除调试整定),不允许对其进行操作;4、HGS—H型调速器在控制油源压力消失时,调速器自动切换至手动运行,当控制油源压力恢复正常后,调速器自动切换回自动方式运行。

三、常维护操作1、HGS—H型调速器采用双滤芯滤油器,始终只有一组运行,滤油器在切换后或在运行中,必须保证滤油器锁扣在投入位。

花样机控制器使用说明书本控制器专用于花样机生产配套。

它内部有0至100共101种固定缝样;101至140共40种可由客户任意编程的编程缝样(每个缝最多可达80针);150至250共101种组合缝样,每个组合缝样可由任意两种固定缝样或一个固定缝样加一个编程缝样组合而成。

对客户的缝样、缝幅、编程缝样及组合缝样都有自动记电机速度:此值越大,步进电机的转速越大;此参数一般于花样机的生产厂家设定。

缝样显示:可以是‘逐点’(显示缝样各点的位置)或‘连线’(显示缝样各点的位置时,用线连起来);蜂鸣器:可以是‘开’(每按一下按键、或主轴每转一圈,蜂鸣器都叫一声)或‘关’(蜂鸣器不叫)。

按‘↑’、‘↓’键移动光标位置,按‘←’、‘→’键修改光标所处位置的内容;按‘确认’键退出。

注:缝幅系数、电机速度的值不得为0;二、设定缝样及缝幅1、按一下‘修改’键,在缝样或缝幅后的数字上出现光标;2、按‘←’或‘→’键,左右移动光标;3、按‘↑’或‘↓’键,使光标位置的数据加或减;4、继续按‘←’‘→’‘↑’或‘↓’键修改别的位置的数据;5、按‘确认’键,退出设定缝样及缝幅状态,光标消失。

三、修改组合缝样1、按一下‘组合’键,组合键上的灯亮,液晶屏上出现光标;2、按‘←’或‘→’键,左右移动光标;3、按‘↑’或‘↓’键,使光标位置的数据加或减;4、继续按‘←’‘→’‘↑’或‘↓’键修改别的位置的数据;5、按‘确认’键,退出修改组合缝样状态,组合键上的灯灭,光标消失。

四、编程1、按一下‘编程’键,编程键上的灯亮,液晶屏上出现光标;2、按‘←’或‘→’键,左右移动光标;3、按‘↑’或‘↓’键,使光标位置的数据加或减;4、继续按‘←’‘→’‘↑’或‘↓’键修改别的位置的数据;5、按‘确认’键,开始对各针的位置设定;6、按‘←’或‘→’键,左右移动光标线(光标变成一根竖线,表示第几针),显示器的针数(表示:正在对第几针编程)加或减;7、按‘↑’或‘↓’键,使光标线中间空的位置(即:这一针的位置)上下移动,显示器的位置(表示:正在编程的这一针的位置)加或减;8、继续按‘←’‘→’‘↑’或‘↓’键修改别的针的位置;直到显示器上显示的各针的位置,类似所需缝样。

Normally it is nece ssary to connect power to o nly one J2 he ader in a TachStrip (015B625-F). However, t his connector is rated at 4.0 Amps maximum. If the total current u sed by all DC fans powered by TachStrip exceeds 4.0 Amps, p ower connections should be made at additional + and - pins.DC Fan Tachometer Signal CompatibilityFor most fans, the amplitude of tacho meter pulses will be equal to the voltage applied to the fan (e.g. a 12 VDC fan usually generates 12 VDC ta chometer pulses). However, some fans g enerate tachometer pulses at a lower voltage (e.g. 5 VDC pulses from a 12 VDC fan). In these cases, TachStrip must be powered with a voltage equal to o r less th an the amplitude of the pulses generated by the fan and it cannot therefore, di stribute power to the fans.DC Fans Operating Above 24 VDCThough the maximum voltage that can be applied to TachStrip is 25 VDC, it can be used with fans operating at higher voltages. In thi s case, it do es not distribute power to the fans. A supply voltage equal to or less than the amplitude of the p ulses supplied by the fans is used to power TachStrip.Connect the negative fan lead to J1:- and the fan tachometer pulse lead to J1:A. 3当控制器和主电源断开后,请等到散热风扇停止转动以及操作器指示灯熄灭(如果没有使用操作器,请检查控制单元上的指示灯),至少5分钟后,才能在控制器线路上进行工作。

该时间没到之前,连机盖也不要打开。

4 不要对SDP电梯控制器任何部件作耐压试验。

否则将会带来破坏性后果。

5 对电机电缆做任何测试前,应将电机电缆与控制器断开。

6 不要接触电路板上的IC电路,静电电压会对器件造成损伤。

7 在控制器通电前,确保控制器机盖已经盖好。

注意! WARNING 1当SDP电梯控制器通电后,功率单元即带电。

即使电机没有运行,也不要触摸U,V,W接线端及制动电阻接线端,此时有触电的危险2虽然控制I/O端子与电源电压隔离,即使控制器没有上电,但继电器输出端和其它I/O端子仍有可能带有危险电压。

S6700H使用说明书
一、概述
S6700H速度控制器是一个全电子装置。

它对于瞬间的负荷变化,用快速和精确的响应,去控制发电机转速,且为闭环控制。

其基本特性是调整发动机的“起动燃油”和“速度波动”,这个特性可以在减少排烟烟度的情况下使发动机达到额定的转速和输出功率,并保持稳定。

并且S6700H速度控制器有电源反接保护、执行器的故障保护、失转速传感器信号保护。

与S6700E 相比较,还有超速保护和系统故障输入后的保护。

1、应用性功能
速度闭环控制;并机控制;外部速度微调;外部怠速/额定速度转换。

2、保护功能
电源反接保护;执行器故障保护;失转速信号保护;超速和外部高电平输入报警。

四、各电位器作用及调整顺序
●起动前:
首先检查接线是否正确,然后拆去14脚插座的第1、2端接线,测量执行器的电阻是否正确,如正常将这两根电线碰触电瓶正负极,执行器应“叭”的一声推至最大油量位置,断电时“叭”的一声回到零油量位,检查油泵齿条是否自由活动且没有阻力。

●起动燃油的调整(FIRING电位器):
此电位器设定发动机点火时供油量的大小,为单圈电位器,最大有效调整角度为270度。

出厂时大约调校在中间位置,顺时针为增加起动供油量,逆时针为减小起动供油量。

在未开机前先顺时针旋到底。

待机组调校好后再调校起动燃油电位器,从顺时针的最大值调至逆时针的最小值,再将发动机起动,并在起动的同时将起动燃油电位器作顺时针调校至发动机刚能起动运行,反复起动机组及调校起动燃油电位器至最小的起动排烟状态。

●速度斜坡的调整(SPEED RAMPING 电位器):
此电位器设定发动机从起动速度(怠速)转换至额定速度的快慢,为单圈电位器,最大有效调整角度为270度。

出厂时大约调校在中间位置,顺时针为延长转换时间(最长约20秒),逆时针为缩短转换时间。

●额定转速(RATED SPEED 电位器):
此电位器设定发动机的额定转速,为多圈电位器。

出厂时大约调校在 3.5KHz,顺时针旋转为增加转速,逆时针旋转为减小转速。

●怠速(IDLE 电位器)
此电位器设定发动机的怠速,为单圈电位器。

出厂时设置怠速约为额定转速的0.6倍,即2.1KHz。

顺时针旋转电位器为增加怠速,逆时针旋转为减小怠速。

短接14脚插座的7、12后进入怠速状态。

可在7、12处接一开关让发动机在怠速与额定转速之间转换。

改变额定转速时怠速会有跟随作用,即不用重新设置怠速仍能保持0.6倍左右的比率不变。

●稳定(STAB 电位器):
为单圈电位器,出厂时调整在中间位置,起动及调好设定的转速后,将电位器顺时针慢慢调整至发动机不稳定,记住该位置A,大幅度逆时针回调至发动机运行稳定,再顺时针旋转电位器到距A位置20度左右,以确定稳定性能(包括在任何负载情况下)。

●增益(GAIN 电位器):
为单圈电位器,出厂时调整在中间位置,起动及调好设定的转速后,将电位器顺时针慢慢调整至发动机不稳定,记住该位置B,大幅度逆时针回调至发动机运行稳定,再顺时针旋转电位器到距B位置20度左右,以确定稳定性能(包括在任何负载情况下)。

●频率降调整(DROOP 电位器):
此电位器设定发动机的频率降特性(并机时使用)。

连接14脚插座的10、11后此电位器有效。

顺时针旋转为增加频率降,逆时针旋转为减小频率降。

当机组并机使用时调校此电位器时多台机组的频率降一致。

此时14脚插座的13脚为配件输入端,可接负载分配器和同步器等。

●超速保护调整(SW5开关、SPEED OVER 电位器、超速设置范围开关):
出厂时为超速保护功能无效(SW5为OFF,即向下方向)。

当SW5为ON并且输入频率达到超速设置值或者系统故障输入端变成高电平时,报警灯亮,控制器停止向执行器提供电能输出,并且报警开关闭合(标“ALARM”处)。

调节SPEED OVER电位器可调节超速报警频率的设置值。

逆时针方向为降低报警频率。

出厂时设置在4.6 KHz左右。

超速设置范围开关用于确定SPEED OVER电位器所能设置的脉冲频率范围。

其对应关系如下表所示。

注意:超速报警功能建议由专业人员设置,不应由最终用户随意更改。

●超前/滞后电路开关(SW1):
出厂为OFF位置。

如果执行器反应迟缓可设ON位置。

如果调速器性能良好但执行器快速跳动,可设置为OFF。

●剩余频率抑制线路(SW1、SW3):
出厂为ON/OFF组合,表明此线路不接入。

若执行器因为软接合引致不正常摆动,将开关打到OFF/0N组合。

●微分时间补偿(SW4):
如果发动机增益小时快速油车,请将SW4置于OFF;如果发动机慢速油车,请将SW4置于ON。

出厂为OFF。

五、使用和维护
●接线方法:
S6700H是非常坚固的,可安装在发动机的控制柜内,如有水、雾水、凝结水等,应将控制器以垂直方式安装,以便水分排出;应避开非常高温的放射热的地方;如果有很大的电磁场则需要有特别的屏蔽装置。

●调试技巧:
主要的调试在于“GAIN”与“STAB”电位器调整。

它们的位置决定了发动机在不同负载下的频率波动大小,还决定了负载突加和突减时频率波动的大小和恢复时间。

主要规律是:
1、两个电位器互相影响。

以发动机达到稳定为前提,如果一个电位器往顺时针方向调整,则另一个电位器往顺时针方向的最大可调整角度会变小。

2、“GAIN”电位器对负载突变时的频率变化幅度影响较大。

3、“STAB”电位器对负载突变时的频率恢复时间影响较大。

超速保护的调整步骤与方法:
1、根据额定转速选取报警转速,一般是额定转速的115%左右。

2、根据发动机飞轮齿数和公式4-1计算报警时的脉冲频率。

3、断电状态下按表4-1对超速设置范围开关进行设定;SW5置于ON;SPEED OVER电位器顺时针旋转到最大。

4、通电,给14脚接插件的第3、4脚加入稳定的报警频率脉冲。

可由通用仪器——信号发生器提供,如果系统允许,也可由发动机转动到超速状态后提供。

5、逆时针慢慢转动SPEED OVER电位器,到报警灯亮时停止转动,再顺时针回调10度。

七、故障判断与处理。
