Typical substrates for this graphic ink are: acrylics, styrene, Dibond, foam boards, Sintra, rigid and flexible vinyl, rigid PVC, pressure sensitive banner, and window cling.Primary Features & Substrates Features ∙ Formulated for use in LED curing printers. ∙ Formulated for use in multiple applications with adhesion to a wide variety of flexible and rigid substrates. ∙ Excellent resistance to edge chipping on rigid substrates when used with a knife or router cutter ∙ Long term exterior performance with proven resistance to the effects of UV degradation and color fade.∙ High impact, high intensity colors with extended color gamut ∙ Consistent color density values ∙ Heat Bendable Substrates ∙ Acrylics ∙ Reinforced vinyl banner, pressure sensitive vinyl, and window cling∙ Styrene ∙ Rigid Polyethylene ∙ Fluted Polypropylene ∙ Foamboard ∙ Polycarbonate Adhesion should always be tested as adhesion does depend upon curing conditions, age and manufacturer of substrate. Ink Handling All personnel mixing and handling this product must wear gloves and eye protection. Clean up allspills immediately. If ink does come in contact with skin, wipe ink off with a clean, dry cloth (do not use solvent or flush solution). Wash the affected area with soap and water. Consult the Nazdar® 710 Series Safety Data Sheet for further instructions and warnings . Ink ChangeoverThoroughly clean your current ink system and jet assemblies with LWU7001FF UV Flush Solution. Avoid contact with skin. Wear protective safety glasses and appropriate gloves when handling flush solution. Consult SDS for proper procedures for using Flush solution. Complete conversions procedures available upon request. When UV inkjet equipment is not in use for extended periods of time the ink should be flushed from the printheads to avoid unwanted in ‐head curing from stray light sources. Curing ParametersNazdar ® 710 Series Ink has been formulated to cure when exposed to a 395 nanometer, 4 watt or higher dual UV/LED lamp system. Clean UpFor clean ‐up of ink spills and equipment use LWU7001FF UV Maintenance Solution. Storage/Shelf LifeStore ink and flush solutions at 18° ‐ 27° C (65° ‐80° F). Ink and flush solutions should always be kept away from heat, sparks, and flames. If stored at a different temperature, the ink shouldbe allowed to reach room temperature beforecalibration or printing. The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored under prescribed conditions.Ink PerformanceOutdoor DurabilityWhen Nazdar ® 710 Series Ink is used with the proper color management; color variance will be minimal over a period of 24 months vertical outdoor exposure. Outdoor durability is based onactual outdoor weather testing in the central U.S.on statically mounted substrates. 59000 Series Enamel Plus Gloss Screen Ink is a solvent-based enamel ink formulated to screen print on a wide range of hard-to-adhere-to surfaces such as glass, metal, wood and some plastics for outdoor signs and displays. SUBSTRATES Glass, metal, wood and some hard plasticsUSER INFORMATIONMESH200-280 tpi (78-110 tpcm) monofilament polyester mesh for most applicationsSTENCIL Solvent resistant direct emulsions and capillary filmsSQUEEGEE70-80 durometer polyurethane squeegeeCOVERAGE1,000-1,400 square feet (93-130 square meters) per gallon depending upon ink deposit PRINTING59000 Series should be thinned up to 15% to assure proper ink flow (see Additives section).Add only enough ink to the screen to be able to print for 5-10 minutes. Add additional ink insmall increments throughout the print run to maintain screen stability. Thoroughly mix theinks prior to printing.Maintain ink temperature at 65°-90°F (18°-32°C) for optimum print drying performance.Lower temperatures increase the ink viscosity, impairing both flow and drying. Elevatedtemperatures lower the ink viscosity, reducing print definition, film thickness and opacity.Pretest to determine optimum printing performance for a particular set of ink, substrate,screen, press, and drying variables/conditions.DRYING59000 Series dries by oxidation, requiring 24-48 hours for total cure/dry. Tack-free drying time is 4-6 hours. To obtain an immediate tack-free surface, heat set at 180°F (83°C) for 30minutesCLEARS / VARNISHES Overprint Clear / Mixing Clear / Metallic Mixing Clear: Use 59140 Overprint Clear as an overprint clear providing added surface protection. Also use as a mixing clear to reduce the density of colors or as a clear base for specialty additives such as Metallics. 59120 Base can be used as well to reduce color density.Gloss Roller Coating: Use 59135 Gloss Coating Varnish as a roller coat overprint clear or as a clear base for specialty additives such as Metallics.Flat Roller Coating: Use 59172 Flat Coating Varnish as a roller coat overprint clear.ADDITIVES All additives should be thoroughly mixed into the ink before each use. Prior to production, test any additive adjustment to the ink.Reducer: Use 59000 Thinning Varnish or 5560 Fast Thinner to reduce the viscosity of these inks.Add up to 15% by weight. The 59000 Thinning Varnish may also be used to reduce ink viscosityfor roller coating applications.Retarder: Use a blend of 5560 Fast Thinner and 9050 Retarder to slow drying.Gloss / Flattening Powders / Improved Slip: Use 59118 Flattening Paste to reduce gloss.CLEAN UP Screen Wash (Prior to Reclaim): Use IMS202 Universal Graphic Screen WashPress Wash (On Press): Use IMS301 Premium Graphic Press WashSTORAGE Store tightly covered at temperatures between 65°-90°F (18°-32°C). Ink taken from the press should not be returned to the original container; store separately to avoid contaminatingunused ink.GENERAL INFORMATIONINK HANDLING All personnel mixing and handling these products must wear gloves and eye protection. Wash the affected area with soap and water.Consult the 59000 Series Material Safety Data Sheet for further instructions and warnings.ADHESION TESTING 1.Touch of ink surface – the ink will not be tacky.2.Thumb twist – the ink surface will not mar or smudge.3.Scratch surface – the ink will resist scratching.4.Cross hatch tape test – use a cross hatch tool or a sharp knife to cut through ink filmonly; then apply 3M #600 clear tape on cut area, rub down, wait for 1 minute and rip off at a 180 degree angle. Ink should only come off in actual cut areas.PRODUCT OFFERINGSTANDARDPRINTINGCOLORSStandard Printing Colors have excellent opacity characteristics.HALFTONE COLORS Halftone Clear is used to reduce the density of any of the halftone colors.Halftone Colors are formulated with increased densities in order to have the flexibility to satisfy most process color density requirements.TRANSPARENT COLORS Transparent Colors can be used at full color strength, in color matches, or let down with overprint clear or base.SPECIAL ADDITIVES When inks are to be printed over a special effect color, the overprinting ink(s) must be evaluated for intercoat adhesion before proceeding with the production run. To maximize intercoat adhesion, specialty colors should be printed as late as possible in the print sequence. Pigments may settle in the container; prior to printing, thoroughly mix the ink. The following special effect pigments may be added to the 59000 inks. These pigments are available in 1-pound containers. Contact Nazdar for the item number(s) and availability of each special effect product.Metallics: Silver (aluminum) - Add up to 8% by weight, Gold (bronze) - add up to 15% by weight. Mix only enough metallic ink to be used the same day. Chemical reactions in metallic inks may result in viscosity, color and printability changes over time. 2、干燥是在隧道‎式具有良好通‎风的干燥机中‎进行,干燥分三个阶‎段,先在40度下‎干燥,在进入80度‎温区,最后室温冷却‎。

在40~80温区的烘‎烧时间为3~8min。

再在90度以‎下的温度彻底‎排除残留的溶‎剂,这一点相当重‎要,若油墨中残留‎的溶剂没有排‎除干净,容易在注塑时‎油墨向四周扩‎散,造成飞油或气‎泡,而且成型时易‎掉墨,影响油墨的耐‎候性、耐高温性及其‎他最终性能。

3、丝网为有色聚‎酯丝网90~150目/cm,耐溶剂型网版‎感光涂层。

4、所提供的HT‎R系列溶剂可‎以按不同比率‎混合以达到理‎想干燥速度。

触变性:物体(如涂料)受到剪切时,稠度变小,停止剪切时,稠度又增加或受到剪切时,稠度变大,停止剪切时,稠度又变小的性质.即,一触即变的性质。

触变型:在剪切作用下可由粘稠状态变为流动性较大的状态,而剪切作用取消后,要滞后一段时间才恢复到原来状态。

这是由于絮凝网络经剪切破坏后,重新形成网络需要一定时间。

油墨触变性的表现和印刷质量的影响有的油墨在传送过程事中,由于触变性过大,在其出现触变现象之前它的粘度较高,印刷时就容易引起堵墨、糊版故障。

所以,有的印刷机在墨斗中装有搅拌器,将油墨搅拌使其“触变”而改善油墨的流动状况,降低油墨的粘度,以防止油墨堵版、糊版现象的出现。

对油墨触变性过大,印刷过程中的油墨越来越稀,印品墨色越印越淡,几乎无法调整的,这种油墨就不适合用于印刷实地满版的印品,印刷时应注意这个问题。

可以说,油墨触变性不适对印刷质量具有很大的影响。

我们发现在印刷过程中,特别是在气温低、机器速度慢的情况下,墨斗中的油墨常常出现输送不顺畅、供墨不正常现象、造成印品的墨色越来越淡,影响了印刷墨色的稳定,这是油墨触变性差的主要表现。

对此,要注意经常去搅拌墨斗中的油墨,使它保持连续、均匀的流动性,确保产品的墨色质量。

控制油墨触变性的工艺技术措施印刷要求油墨具有适当的触变性,油墨触变性过大过小都会对印刷产生不良的影响。

而油墨的触变性主要是由它的材料特性决定的,但是如前面所讲的,印刷条件在一定程度上也会影响油墨的触变性。

所以,当油墨固有的触变性无法实现正常的印刷时,可通过工艺技术措施进行相应的控制。

如在印刷时可根据印机的特点和气温的高低情况,调整好适度的油墨流动性。

当印刷速度低,气温低的情况下,由于油墨触变性小,其流动性也小,不利于均匀地传墨和着墨,这时可将油墨适当调稀一点,以适应印刷工艺的要求。

为了防止油墨过多的“触变”,给印刷带来的不良影响,要控制好印刷工艺条件,使油墨的触变性控制在印刷适性范围内,一是尽量在恒温恒湿的环境下进行印刷,给生产车间安装空调设备。

油墨的知识与技术是印刷用的着色剂。

是一种由颜料微粒均匀地分散在连接料中,具有必然粘性的流体物质。

1.的成份由颜料、连接料、填料、附加料等组成。

(1)颜料颜料在中起着显色作用,它又对的一些特性有直接的阻碍。

颜料是不溶于水和有机溶剂的彩色、黑色或白色的高分散度的粉末,依照其来源与化学组成,分为有机颜料和无机颜料两大类。

①无机颜料是有色金属的氧化物,或一些金属不溶性的金属盐,无机颜料又分为天然无机颜料和人造无机颜料,天然无机颜料是矿物颜料。

②有机颜料是有色的有机化合物,也分为天然和合成的两大类。

此刻经常使用的是合成有机颜料,有机颜料的品种多,色彩比较齐全,性能优于无机颜料。

染料是有机化合物,它可溶于水,有时也溶解于有机溶剂,从某种染料中能制备出不溶性彩色沉淀物,叫色淀颜料,供制造印刷用。

对印刷中利用的颜料要求颇高,专门是颜色、分散度、耐光牲、透明度等,要求彩色颜料的色调接近光谱颜色,饱和度应尽可能大,三原色所用的品红、青、黄色颜料透明度必然要高,所有颜料不仅要耐水性,而且要迅速而均匀地和连接料结合,颜料的吸油能力不该太大,颜料最好具有耐碱、耐酸、耐醇和耐势等性能。

(2)连接料连接料是的要紧组成成份,起着分散颜料,给予以适当的粘住、流动性和转印性能,和印刷后通过成膜使颜料固着于印刷品表面的作用。

连接料俗称调墨油。

连接料能够由各类物质制成,如各类干性植物油,多数能够用来制造的连接料,矿物油也可制成连接料,溶剂和水,和各类合成树脂都可用于制成连接料。

根据高分子化学和印刷适性的基本原理,采用单因素优选法,对水性油墨的原材料类型及用量进行了实验筛选,获得了一种多功能水性油墨。

实验结果表明:该水性油墨黏度满足0.02~0.3Pa.s(25℃)时,可用于凹版印刷;油墨黏度满足0.2~1Pa.s(25℃)时,可用于柔版印刷;油墨黏度满足1~100Pa.s(25℃)时,可用于丝网印刷。

溶剂性油墨的溶剂大多是挥发性有机溶剂,例如苯、甲苯、二甲苯之类的芳香族化合物。

溶剂挥发后,会对空气造成污染,而且还是致癌物质,因此以溶剂型油墨为主的印刷业面临着新的选择,寻求一种新的环保油墨的任务日益迫切。

水性油墨作为一种新型环保油墨正好克服了上述溶剂型油墨的缺点。

目前用于印刷的水性油墨仍然存在着制备过程繁琐,成本高,用途单一,水性油墨和色料、印刷方式专属性强的缺点。

制备的水性油墨解决了现有水性油墨制备过程繁琐,用途单一,水性油墨应用范围与色料类型、印刷方式具有专属性的问题。

制备的水性油墨具有以下优点:原材料丰富,价格低,属天然原料;制备工艺简单,设备投资少;无毒无味、对环境无污染;成膜性好、具有良好的粘接性能;应用十分广泛,既可以用于柔印、凹印,也可以用于转移印刷;对色料类型适应性强,既可以添加颜料,也可以添加染料;可以在某些领域可以完全替代污染严重及价格昂贵的溶剂型油墨。

理论分析1.淀粉连结料的粘接机理在构成淀粉链状大分子的每个葡萄糖单元C2、C3和C6上都各有一个羟基(-OH),因而在一个淀粉分子上有几百个羟基,而每个淀粉颗粒又是由数不清的直链淀粉和支链淀粉分子链以结晶区和不定形区的形式交织组成,因此,在淀粉中羟基的数目是以一个很大的数量级来计数的。

普通淀粉胶的粘接力就来源于为数众多的羟基产生的氢键结合力,单个氢键的结合力比其他化学键力弱,但当氢键数量极其庞大时,所产生的总结合力是很强的。
