Deformation Processing
Deformation processing refers to the process in which a metal or alloy is deformed in a predetermined manner under the action of an external force to form an article having a certain geometric shape and size. The deformation processing can be carried out in a heated state or at room temperature.

Forging
Forging using a forging machine to apply pressure to a metal blank to plastically deform it to obtain a forging having a certain mechanical property, a certain shape and size. Through forging can eliminate defects such as as-cast looseness caused by metal in the smelting process, optimize the microstructure, and at the same time, the mechanical properties of the forgings are generally better than those of the same materials due to the preservation of the complete metal flow lines. For important parts of the relevant machinery with high load and severe working conditions, forgings are often used except for the available rolled sheets, profiles or welded parts.
Casting
Casting is a metal thermal processing technology that has been mastered by humans about 6,000 years. The process has reached a fairly high level in China. Casting is a method of casting liquid metal into a casting cavity that conforms to the shape of the part, and after cooling and solidifying, to obtain a part or blank. The material to be cast is mostly a metal that is originally solid but heated to a liquid state (eg, copper, iron, aluminum, tin, lead, etc.), and the material of the mold may be sand, metal or even ceramic. The method used will vary depending on the requirements.
Grinding Processing
processing is a mechanical method of removing materials. Refers to the using abrasive tools to remove excess material on the workpiece. Grinding is one of the most widely used material removal methods.

and metal processes?
Concept
Metal Processes is a comprehensive technical discipline that studies the process of
manufacturing metal parts. It mainly studies: the regularity of various process methods
Cutting Processing
Cutting processing refers to the method and process of using tools to cut excess material from a workpiece to obtain the required geometry, dimensional accuracy, and surface quality. Grinding

Sand Casting
Sand is used as a molding material. Including wet sand type, dry sand type and chemical hardening sand type, but not all sand can be used for casting. Advantage is lower cost(sand can be reused); disadvantage is the mold is time-consuming to manufacture, the mold itself cannot be reused, and the finished product. We should destroy the mold so we can get the product.
