消防图纸审核流程1

消防图纸审核流程:

一、备案工程

网上备案，如未抽中，便视为审核通过;如抽中便申报有关资料和图纸。所需资料:

1、建设工程消防设计审核备案表(备案后在网上自动生成);

2、建设工程消防设计备案受理凭证;

3、建设单位的工商营业执照等合法身份证明文件;

4、新建、扩建工程的建设工程规划许可证明文件;

5、消防设计专篇，一式两份，每一页加盖资质章，扉页有设计人员的手签;

6、设计单位资质证明文件;

7、建设工程施工许可证;

8、消防设计图纸(含一张总平图，折成A4大小);

9、建设单位的授权委托书和受委托人的身份证复印件。二、必审工程

申报材料:

1、建设工程消防设计审核申报表;

2、建设单位的工商营业执照等合法身份证明文件;

消防检测程序流程

一、检测所需资料:

1、《山东省建筑消防设施安装质量检测申请表》

2、消防部门出具的自动消防设施(5月1日后为建筑设计)审核合格意见书复印件

3、消防施工企业资质证明

4、技术档案1份

5、消防水池、水箱证明文件

消防验收

一、备案工程

被抽查到的建设单位应当在收到备案凭证之日起5日内向公安机关消防机构提供下列材料:

(一)工程竣工验收报告;

(二)消防产品质量合格证明文件;

(三)有防火性能要求的建筑构件、建筑材料、室内装修装饰材料符合国家标准或者行业标准的证明文件、出厂合格证;

(四)消防设施、电气防火技术检测合格证明文件;

(五)施工、工程监理、检测单位的合法身份证明和资质等级证明文件;

(六)其他依法需要提供的材料;

(七)建设单位的授权委托书和受委托人的身份证复印件。

二、必验工程
