要想快乐每一天，先得学会辩证地看人生的苦与乐。
一个人活在世上，一生不知道要经历多少困难、压力、艰险和不幸，真正实现人生目标、享受成功的快乐是在克服重重困难之后。
一个人如果辩证地看待苦与乐，就能解开自己心头的困惑。
生活中，不如意事十之八九，如果辩证地看，不如意事中常有如意的成

”身处逆境而不悲观，从中可见一种以博大胸襟面对贫苦、纷
扰的人生智慧。
古今中外，很多人主张过一种简朴的生活。
简朴的生活充满着快乐。
我想起一个友人曾经对我讲过的故事。
一个富翁来到美丽的海滩旅游，金色的阳光下，他看到一位老人在钓鱼。
海水中，有许多鱼儿，可那位老人只钓了两条就准备离开。
富翁不解地问道：“你为什么不多钓些呢？”老人说：“两条够了，钓那么多干什么呢？”富翁说：“你可以卖呀！”老人说：
“为何要卖呢？”富翁说：“卖掉后，你就可以有钱了。
”老人说：“有钱又怎么样呢？”富翁说：“有钱了，你就可以像我这样到处
旅游，可以在海边晒太阳呀！”老人笑着说：“我不用那么做，同
样在海边享受阳光的沐浴！”
快乐是源于内心的一种愉悦感，是不会被物欲所奴役的，是精神上的一种自由。
境由心造，快乐的心境是自己创造出来的。
别人有别人的快乐，你有你的快乐，一万个人有一万个“什么是快乐”的答案。
有些人，你问他（她）对生活的满意度时，回答常常是牢骚多于满意。
一个
杯子装了半杯水，一些人只看到那没水的部分，这些人是悲观的。
宋祖英有一首歌唱道：今天是个好日子，心想的事儿都能成。
我认为更加重要的是，每天都有好心情。
如果没有好心情，就很难有

满生机和活力。
能快乐地过好每一天，也是一种修养。
梁漱溟先生论养生之道时，说：“情贵真，气贵和。
惟真惟和，乃得其养，苟得其养，无物不长。
”他活到95岁高龄，始终保持一种恬淡的心境。
生活中，常看到一些人，无精打采、心事重重，仿佛世界是黯然无光的。
负担太重，自然难有快乐的心態。
快乐每一天，要有“放下”的勇气、“放下”的智慧。
快乐是一天，不快乐也是一天，何不快快乐乐地过日子呢？我们何必自己找悲伤呢？就让笑容荡漾在我们的脸上，让快乐驻足在我
们的心里，快乐过好每一天吧！。
