一、港口岸电应用现状 The status quo of shore power application
“港口岸电技术”船舶停靠港口时利用岸基电源向船舶供电,不再使用燃油辅机进行发电,实现船舶靠港期 间零排放。 Shore-to-ship power supply technology powers ships at berth with electricity from shore power facilitates so that ships will not use electricity from diesel generators, thus emit no greenhouse gas. 1、港口岸电技术简介 Brief introduction of Shore-to-ship technology 国民得利:船舶靠港使用岸基电源供电,能够实现靠港零排放,极大减少港口污染,提升空气质量。 Benefits for the public. Greatly improving air quality and eliminating pollution at ports by cutting emissions. 船方得利:船舶靠港期间使用岸电,与辅机发电相比,靠港成本减少30%以上,经济效益十分显著。同 时减少了船舶的振动和噪音,船员生活质量大大改善。 Benefits for ship owners. Significant economic benefit with 30% less cost and less vibration and noise when berthing. 港方得利:一方面提供岸电服务获取服务收益,另一方 面完善了港口的功能,提升了港口的核心竞争力。 Benefits for port operator. Bringing in incomes for shore power supply services as well as enhancing the core competitiveness of a port by upgrading its functions.
