摘要

包装机取代传统的手工包装，不仅能够保证包装质量，而且能够节省劳动力，降低劳动强度，同时使劳动条件和劳动环境得到很好的改善。包装机还具有生产效率高，制作简单，自动化程度高，占地少等优点。因此，包装机械已广泛用于食品、造纸、轻工、机电、家电、化工等各个领域。目前，包装机械的品种繁多，各有特色，并正在向提高技术参数、系列化、自动化方向发展，专用机种也越来越多。包装机械己成为国民经济各个部门广泛应用的一种通用机械。深筒缠绕包装机主要用于对大且长的环形产品进行缠绕包装，特别是可同时用多种薄膜材料对环形产品进行一次完成的复合缠绕包装。这种环形产品主要是高级线材卷和钢卷，通过对其包装可以起到防止磨损、防尘、防潮、保洁的作用。

本课题重点研究的基本内容是大型线材卷缠绕包装机。环形为载有包装机构链条的运动导轨，环形导轨分为左右两部分。包装机工作时，左右导轨向中间相向运动而形成封闭的导轨系统，四个对称分布的分别有四个电机通过减速器驱动的齿轮驱动载有包装机构的链条在导轨上运动，工件由装料小车上的驱动系统驱动，通过控制系统实现包装机构和装料小车上工件的协调运动，从而实现对工件进行多种材料的一次包装。

ABSTRCT

Packaging machine to replace the traditional manual packing, can not only ensure the packaging quality, and can save labor, reduce labor intensity, while the labor conditions and environment was improved. Packaging machine has high production efficiency, simple manufacture, high degree of automation, other advantages. Therefore, packaging machinery has been widely used in various fields of food, paper making, light industry, machinery, electrical appliances, chemical industry etc.. At present, a wide variety of packaging machinery, has its own characteristics, and is developing to improve the technical parameters, a series of special machines, automated direction, more and more. Packaging machinery has become a kind of universal machine widely used in all sectors of the national economy. Deep sleeve wrapping machine is mainly used for wrapping the ring products and long, especially the ring products composite wrapping a complete with a variety of thin film materials. This ring products is mainly advanced wire coils and coil, through its packaging can serve to prevent wear, dustproof, moisture proof, cleaning effect.

The basic content of this paper focuses on the large wire coil winding machine. An annular motion guide contains packing mechanism chain, annular guide track is divided into two parts. The work of packaging machine, left and right guide rail to the middle to movement and the formation of a rail system closed, four symmetrical respectively have four motor through a speed reducer drive gear drive chain carrying packaging mechanism motion in the guide rail, the workpiece by the driving system of charging car drive, through the control system to realize the coordinated motion packaging mechanism and charging carriage on the workpiece, so as to achieve a variety of packaging material of workpiece.
