Dear Mr. President:

I’m a student of yours, as we all know the world even a country or a person if want to improve itself, it must be pay attention to the scientific and technological innovation, now it has become the trend of the world, but I think in this area our school are doing not very well.

In china, we have continued spoon-feeding education for many years, most of us learning knowledge is just because” Here it is”, and then we remembered it, but we don’t know “Why is it so”, I remembered a teacher said” remember it and you will know how to use it”, maybe the teacher is right, but that would be weakened students’curiosity to the knowledge.

We all know that everyone in Unite States has the opportunity to go to Harvard, even though your scores are not high, but if you want graduate from Harvard it would be very difficult, because in Harvard any question you don’t know should explore the answer by yourself.

I have some suggestion about how to improve students’scientific and technological innovation: first, it should be develop students’intellectual curiosity; second, the spoon-feeding education should be improved slowly and focus on technological innovation; I sincerely hope to improve students’scientific and technological innovation.
