重庆中小企业生存状况分析及对策

摘要

中小企业在我国经济社会发展中的地位和作用是不可替代的，它不仅为经济的发展做出了巨大贡献，同时也为民生问题分忧解难，它是社会就业的主力军，是缓解就业压力保持社会稳定的基础力量。因此解决中小企业的问题迫不及待。重庆中小企业如今的生存现状总体比较乐观，担任然存在着很多不良的生存现状，出现的主要问题有生产下降、用工及开工减少、资金不足以及收入和效益下降。造成这些现状的原因比较复杂，主要包括企业自身力量薄弱、用工困难、融资难以及政策原因。要改变这些现状就必须找出相应的对策：一是针对中小企业自身力量薄弱的现状，必须增强自身力量，完善内部管理；二是找出合理的人才对策，不拘一格挑选人才；三是改善重庆中小企业融资难的现状；四是健全中小企业发展的政策环境，让中小企业的发展更加顺畅。

本文主要内容共分为五章：第一章是绪论，主要描述了论文研究的目的意义及研究综述；第二章主要讲述重庆中小企业发展现状；第三章是重庆中小企业现状原因分析；第四章是重庆中小企业生存现状对策，通过分析找出适合重庆中小企业发展的对策。

ABSTRACT

Small and medium-sized enterprises in China's economic and social development in the status and role is irreplaceable, it not only to economic development has made tremendous contributions, but also for the people's livelihood Fenyou problem solving, it is the main force of social obtain employment, it is to alleviate the employment pressure to maintain social stability force. Therefore, to solve the problem of medium and small businesses unable to hold oneself back. Chongqing small and medium enterprises nowadays live the current situation is generally positive, as still many adverse survival situation, the main problems of production decline, and employment and start to reduce, insufficient funds and income and benefit drops. The reasons for these status quo is more complex, mainly includes the enterprise own strength weakness, employment difficulties, causes and policy financing difficulty. To change the status quo must find out the corresponding countermeasures: one is based on the medium and small-sized enterprises is weak situation, must enhance their strength, improve the internal management; two is to find out the reasonable talent choose talents, not to stick to one pattern; the three is the improvement of Chongqing SME financing status; four is the perfect small and medium-sized enterprise development policy environment, let the small and medium-sized enterprise development more smoothly.

The main content of this paper consists of five chapters : the first chapter is the introduction, mainly describes the research purpose and research significance of review; the second chapter describes the Chongqing small and medium-sized enterprise development present situation; the third chapter is the analysis of the causes of Chongqing current situation of small and medium-sized enterprises; the fourth chapter is the Chongqing small and medium-sized enterprise survival present situation countermeasure, through the analysis to find suitable for small and medium enterprises in Chongqing the countermeasure of development.
