新概念汽车座椅的设计

引言：

近年来，汽车行业发展十分迅速，汽车在全球范围内的普及率持续增高。尤其

是在我国，汽车销售量呈每年递增的趋势。汽车座椅是汽车的重要组成部分，同时

也是人和汽车接触最多的零部件，它不仅影响驾驶员驾驶的舒适性，而且也影响着

车辆内饰的风格、等级和豪华程度。因此，我国的汽车座椅行业作为汽车工业的重

要配套行业，面临着巨大的机遇和挑战。

从目前情况上看，我国汽车座椅存在着很多的问题，首先是有透气性差，不能

够及时将座椅上的潮气散发。夏天的时候，汽车暴露在阳光下时，车内温度很高，

空调调节需要好久才能达到制冷的效果，这就使乘员感到不舒适，消费者只能被动

的接受，十分难受。其次就是不能升降，同样高度的座椅，不同的人坐着的舒适度

不同，这就意味着这样的座椅与部分人不协调。对于上述问题，我提出的新概念汽

车座椅的设计主要是在汽车座椅的内部添加制冷和制热双向调节装置和升降装置

[1]。这种装置可以把人机工程学与汽车座椅融汇到一起，为消费者提供更加舒适

的乘坐环境。

Foreword:

In recent years, the automotive industry is developing very rapidly, the popularity of cars worldwide rate continued to increase. Especially in China's auto sales, a trend of increasing every year. Car seat is an important part of the car, also is the people and cars in contact with most of the parts. It not only affects the comfort of the driver, but also affect the style of the interior of the vehicle, grades, and the degree of luxury. Therefore, the car seat industry in China as an important supporting industry of the automobile industry, are faced with great opportunities and challenges.

From the point of view of the current situation, China's automobile seat exist a lot of problems, first of all is with poor air permeability, can not be timely to distribute moisture on the seat. Summer, auto exposure in the sun, the temperature inside the car is very high,

the air conditioning requires a long time to achieve the cooling effect, which makes passengers feel uncomfortable, consumers can only passive acceptance, very afflictive. Second is not lifting, the same seat height, different people sitting comfort. This means that this seat and uncoordinated. For these problems, I put forward the new concept car seat design is mainly in the interior of the car seat add refrigeration and heating two-way adjustment device and a lifting device [1]. This device can make the man-machine engineering together with car seats together, providing a more comfortable riding environment for consumers.

第 1 章概况及现状分析

1.1 汽车座椅的概况

从目前来看，我国在汽车配件行业比其他国家起步较晚，存在着很多不足，例如：市场大、技术不足等现状。虽然我国也存在着很多知名的汽车生产商，比如长城、比亚迪、奇瑞等，但是就汽车座椅配件生产商来看，知名的较少，在自主知识产权方面仍有欠缺，具有很大的研究空间[2,3]。特别是人与座椅相互协调方面，由于我国汽车发展较晚，很多重要的技术、生产数据、工艺流程都是依据外国的座椅尺寸进行研制的。由于东方人群与西方欧美人群在人体尺寸上存在着差异，如果只仅仅依靠外国的座椅尺寸来设计我国汽车座椅的尺寸，不善于把人机工程学应用于汽车座椅的设计，这就导致了目前许多国内消费者抱怨国外汽车的座椅不够舒适。

因此，设计人员需要把人机工程学应用于汽车座椅的设计过程中，使座椅尺寸与东方人群的尺寸相互协调，设计出符合东方人群的座椅，从而提高消费者的使用舒适度。

1.2 汽车座椅发展现状

国内发展现状：自从改革开放以来，政府对汽车行业的投资力度整体有了明显的提高，从国家“六五”期间的投资15.9亿元，到“九五”期间的260到300亿元之间。这就使我国在汽车行业发展十分迅速，同时也促进了我国的汽车零部件工业的发展。特别是近几年，我国的汽车零部件行业通过多种渠道努力使自己快速发展，比如：引入并利用外资，多渠道筹集资金，加大了投资力度
