二、工程基本概况

潍坊茂华住宅小区位于潍坊市东风西街以南，清平路以东。是我公司在潍坊市承接的第一个住宅项目工程。车库地下一层，连接主楼的1#、2#、3#、4#楼、5#楼、。其中我项目施工建筑面积约1万平方米（其他为中建八局施工）。车库楼板厚650 mm采用GBF蜂巢芯现浇混凝土楼板的技术。

为加强蜂巢芯块的强度，其巢壁上设有增强冲击性能和强度的加劲肋，底板内还设有钢筋网片。在现浇混凝土结构中，蜂巢芯与钢筋和混凝土一起组成一个整体的空腔结构，如图2所示。
