一.Check 320C hydraulic cylinder at piston seal leakage

320C 液压油缸活塞密封漏油的检查

1.Check boom cylinder for piston seal leakage .

大臂油缸活塞密封漏油的检查

a. Position the stick so that it is approximately perpendicular to ground with the bucket flat on the

ground.

使小臂处于大约垂直于地面的位置,且铲斗平落在地面上.(如图所示)

b. Stop the engine and release the pressure in the hydraulic system.

停止发动机,释放液压系统的压力.

c. Place a blocker plate(or plug) between one of the boom cylinder rod end lines and the rod end port

on the cylinder.

在其中一大臂油缸杆端管路与杠端口放置一隔板(或堵头).

d. Disconnect the rod end line from the other boom cylinder.

断开另一大臂油缸杆端管路.

e. Block the second line and leave the rod end cylinder port open.

堵住另一大臂油缸杆端管路,杆端口呈敞开状态.

This should result in a blocker plate being between one boom cylinder rod end port and the rod end line and the rod end port of the other boom cylinder being open with the rod end line disconnected and blocked. 这样,其中一大臂油缸杆端口与杆端管路之间有一隔板.另一大臂油杆端口敞开,杆端管路断开且堵住. Blocker plate

f.Start the engine and carefully move the bucket pilot control lever toward the bucket OPEN

direction until the front of the machine is lifted.

g.Observe the boom cylinder rods. If they begin to extend, the cylinder with the blocker plate

between the rod end line and the cylinder port has an internal leak.

h.Change the blocker plate to the other boom cylinder and check it in the same manner.

The boom cylinder rod should not move out of the cylinder at a rate that would exceed the service limit of 60 mm in 3 minutes.

大臂油缸杆从油缸升出速度不应该超过服务限度3分钟内60毫米.

Boom UP drift is greater than service limit of 60 mm in 3 minutes. Check boom cylinder piston seals for damage and cylinder bores for scoring, scuffing, or being out-of-round. Replace the piston seals if only the seals show damage. If the cylinder bore is scuffed, scored, or out-of-round, it may be possible to salvage the cylinder by honing the bore. The bore can be enlarged .254 mm from its nominal diameter without affecting the piston or cylinder head seals. Replace the cylinder assembly if it cannot be repaired.

大臂向上漂移速度大于服务限度3分钟内60毫米.检查大臂油缸活塞密封是否损坏,及油缸孔是否划伤,刮伤或失圆.如果只是密封损坏,更换活塞密封.如果油缸孔划伤,刮伤或失圆,或许可以通过珩磨油缸孔来修复此油缸.油缸孔比正常直径增大0.254毫米并不会影响活塞或油缸头密封的性能.如果油缸不可修复请更换油缸总成.

2.Check the stick cylinder for leakage at the piston seals.

小臂油缸活塞密封漏油的检查

a.Fill the bucket with soil, extend stick ( stick OUT ), and lower bucket to the ground.

铲斗装满土方,升出小臂(小臂出去),再将铲斗放在地面上.

b.Stop the engine and release the pressure in the hydraulic system.

停止发动机,释放液压系统的压力.

c.Install blocker plate between the stick cylinder rod end line and the stick cylinder.

在小臂油缸杆断管路及油缸之间装一隔板.
