• The food and beverage department is a very important department of the hotel.It is the most important economic powerhouses of the hotel business activities. Catering activities in the business or travel activities occupies an important position.For a hotel,without the food and beverage department,the hotel will lost the means of Trading and service; Completes the catering management and services,will help the hotel increase the quantity of the guests.
• Finally,thanks a lot for my English teacher Danny,he give us the chance to show our mind of the hotel and help us to do the dissertation.
