THYOSIL E1589 is an acrylic emulsion polymer recommended for high gloss varnishes with excellent hardness development and outstanding resistance for applying on furniture, wooden door and windows.

是一款水性丙烯酸乳液聚合物，为高光清漆具有优异的硬度和耐侯性能所设计，产品适于木制家具，门窗等。

Starting formulations using THYOSIL E1589基础配方

Manufacturing instructions操作说明

A) Load THYOSIL E1589 in to cowles and start gently agitation, add THYON PW7 and

then BYK-346.

首先，将THYOSIL E1589乳液加到混合釜中，并慢速启动搅拌，先添加THYON PW7聚乙烯蜡，然后添加BYK-346流平剂。

B) Separately mix Butyl Glycol, water, NX / 795, IPEL BP20, IPEL FBP2100 and BYK-024.

在另外一个容器中，将丁基乙二醇、去离子水、杀菌剂、防霉剂、消泡剂充分混合均匀。

C) Add slowly the mixture (B) onto (A) under gently agitation.

在慢速搅拌的条件下，将B混合液，匀速加入到A混合液中。

D) Separately mix well Tafigel Pur 80, Butyl Glycol and water.

在另外的单独容器中，混合聚氨酯流平剂和丁基乙二醇、去离子水。

E) Load slowly the mixture (D) onto the blend (B + A).

将D混合液慢速倒入A和B的混合液中。

F) Keep under agitation for 15 minutes.

持续搅拌混合液15分钟，以保证混合均匀。

Application应用

∙ A smooth surface is obtained by sanding the wood with #150-320 grit sandpaper.

∙用# 150 - 320砂纸把木头的表面打磨光滑。

∙ A first layer of sealer is required, we suggest to apply a one based on THYOSIL E1589.

∙首先，按需要先上封闭底漆，在此我们推荐 E1549

∙Let’s dry the first coating 20 minutes, sanding the surface w ith #320 grit sandpaper.

∙涂完第一层20分钟后，等到它变干。然后再使用# 320砂纸打磨。

∙Allow the layer to dry 2 hours before re-coating.

∙预涂的底漆干后2小时后，再涂第二层漆。

∙When the previous coat is dry, recoat with another layer.

∙当先前的涂层干后，再涂另一层。

∙ A minimum of two coats is suggested; allow the coating to dry 24 hours before use. It is recommended to wait 7 days before performing the quality tests.

∙建议至少涂2遍，在使用之前需干燥24小时以上。建议7天后测试性能品质。
