一、怎样问路

1. Where is + 地点？

Excuse me . Where is the nearest bus stop ? 打扰一下，最近的公共汽车站台在哪？2．Which is the way to + 地点。例如：

Which is the way to the East Street Hospital？请问到东大街医院怎么走？

3．How can I get to+ 地点。例如：（3和4两种句型可以互换）How can I get to the hospital？请问到医院怎样走？

4. Could you tell/show me how I can get to …..?

Could you tell/show me how I can get to the hospital ? 你能告诉我我怎样才能到达医院？5．Can you show/tell me the way to +地点。例如：

Can you show/tell me the way to the park？可否请你告诉我，到公园怎样走？

6. Do you know the way to…..?

Do you know the way to the zoo? 你认识去动物园的路吗？

7．Is this the （right）way to+地点。例如：

Is this the （right）way to the Great Wall？去长城，是走这条路吗？

far, away用法辨析

far既可用作形容词，又可用作副词，当它单独作状语表示距离时，常用在否定句或疑问句中，其后可接介词from。例如：

We don't have to go far if we want help with our homework.如果我们作业需要帮助时我们不必走很远。(P22)

How far can you walk in an hour? 你一个小时能走多远？

The factory isn't far from his home.工厂离他家不远。

away是副词，一般用于肯定句中，其后可接介词from。例如：

It is ten kilometres away from here. 它离这儿有十公里远。

(be) far away from用来泛指距离"远"，如果具体说明有多远时，应该用具体数字替代far。例如：

The school is far away from here.学校离这儿很远。（泛指"远"）

The school is two kilometres from here. 学校离这儿有两公里远。
