INTRODUCTION
1. 相较于共价键交联的自修复凝胶,物理作用交联的水凝胶 不需要外界的额外刺激就可以自修复。 2. 相对于合成材料而言,本文中制备的材料毒性小,而且制 备简单。 3. 钙离子作为交联剂更适合于人体。 4. 本文制备的材料是通过加热牛血清蛋白使得构想改变,引 发纳米聚集,再利用钙离子进行交联得到蛋白质水凝胶。 并且到目前为止还没有人制备这种在室温条件且在生理条 件下交联的蛋白质水凝胶。

CONCLUSION
制备了一种利用钙离子交联的蛋白质水凝 胶,制备简单快捷。 对形成机理做了简要的分析推理。
材料制备材料简单,测试试验较为常 见,但是解释细致深入。
