摘要
在现在这严峻的就业形势下,校园招聘无疑为大学生就业提供了一个很好的平台。有调查结果显示:有48.8%以上的毕业生是通过校园招聘模式找到工作的,而通过社会力量举办的各类型招聘会谋取工作岗位的毕业生仅占 1.6%左右。这组数据显示了校园招聘在大学生就业中的分量。
校园招聘是企业储备新生力量和传播企业文化的平台,一年一度的校园招聘越来越受到企业的关注和重视。本文分析了校园招聘存在的主要问题,
如校园招聘计划问题、招聘人员素质不高、简历筛选方法等问题,建议福建省高校能合理安排校园招聘会的召开计划、企业组建高素质的招聘小组、选择合现状的面试方法等,以提高校园招聘的效率与质量提供参考与借鉴。

Abstract
In this grim obtain employment situation, campus recruitment undoubtedly for the employment of college students to provide a good platform.
