It's true that everyone wants to be in good health. I am very glad to give you some advice on how to keep healthy. Firstly, we need to keep a healthy and balanced diet. You know, we are what we eat. A variety of food can provide us with different nutrients(营养) that our body needs.

Secondly, we should also take exercise regularly. As the saying goes, life lies in movement. Thirdly, we ought to get enough rest and sleep. Have you heard that early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise?

The Spring Festival is one of the most important traditional festivals in China, which always reminds us of the family reunion. During the Spring Festival, people dress up to take part in a variety of activities and they can express appreciation, make an apology or forgive each other. What's more, they give children lucky money and look forward to the wonderful future.

However, it is a pity that some people can't participate(参加) in the celebration of such a great festival for different kinds of reasons.
