The past several years have witnessed a not uncommon social phenomenon that a large amount of immoral behaviors have been occurring in public places. Taking a look around, one can find numerous examples with ease.A common case in point is that quite a few people waste electricity without even realizing it in our school.

The problem mentioned above is bound to generate severe turning consequences if we keep blind eye to it. First and foremost,it has a detrimental impact on the environment,Moreover,electricity crisis will hamper the sustainable development of economy.

In view of the seriousness of the problem, effective measures should be taken before things get worse.In the first place,we should ,therefore,take advantages of the fruits and avoid the opposite facet.In the second place,the public should enhance the consciousness of the importance of standardizing their behaviors.In the third place,it is essential that laws and regulations should be worked out and enforced to reduce immoral behaviors in public places.With these measures taken,it is reasonable for us to believe that the problem will be solved in the near future.
