一般格式:
1.所有的段落顶格写;
2.段与段之间空一行;
3.信件里面,最好还是加上Yours sincerely/faithfully;
4.信件一般不用写时间、地址,除非题目有具体的信息;
或者proposal需要有个题目,开头字母大写即可(Report on...);
&proposal的一般格式:
•标题一般是Report on.../Proposal for...
•Introduction(一般用单数,可能我再修改某些同学的作文时把这个删掉了,严格说其实你们没有错,对不住了,但是请大家在introduction部分转述得详尽些,要不然这个introduction会显得很单薄)
•Findings(一般用复数,因为你应该发现的问题不止一个)
•Recommendation(s)/Solution(s)(如果只有一点建议,用单数,多点建议用复数,在某些情况下,这就相当于总结,所以有时候conclusion是可以省略)•Conclusion/Summary(一般是单数,summary用的极少,但还是出现过)
常见错误(这个一定要看):
和proposal描述的情况一般是过去的,所以需要用过去式!但是如果文章中有对现在的客观事实进行描述的话(一般是结尾部分的总结或者陈述),则用一般现在时;
2.不要想当然的使用完成时,完成时的使用有很多限制条件的,请大家翻翻语法书;
和proposal中尽量不要出现I、WE作主语的句子;
4.请大家牢记几个固定搭配:compared with、suggest/recommend doing sth/that sb (should) do sth、in terms of sth。
