绵阳市人口与经济协调发展的统计分析

摘要

人口与经济协调发展是研究所有人口问题中最基本的出发点之一，绵阳市作为西部的一个重要城市，作为中国科技城，作为中国西部“硅谷”，为了迎合国家西部大开发战略，研究其人口与经济协调发展具有重要意义。从1995年到2010年，在人口与经济发展方面取得了很大的成绩，人口增长速度得到了有效控制，人口素质不断提高，人口构成得到改善。但是，随着绵阳市GDP的快速增长，绵阳市的劳动力数量、人口质量渐渐的满足不了绵阳市人口与经济协调发展的需要，高素质人才资源匮乏，农村劳动力过剩，人口老龄化问题也日益突出。本文根据1995年到2010年的人口、就业、受教育程度和绵阳市经济数据等对未来五年绵阳市GDP、人口需求、老龄化程度、产业结构的变化和人才的需求等方面做了统计分析和预测，结果显示，绵阳市需要控制人口数量，提高人口质量大力培养高素质人才和专业人才，实现人口的充分就业，做好农村剩余劳动力转移工作，完善社会保障体制，引进高科技人才优化人才结构，为产业结构优化升级奠定基础，最终促进绵阳市人口与经济协调发展。

Tatistical analysis of the coordinated development of population and economy in Mianyang City

Abstract

The coordinated development of population and economy is one of the most basic starting point of all the population problem in Mianyang City, as an important city in Western China, as China Science and Technology City, in Western China as the "Silicon Valley", in order to cater to the countries of the western development strategy, it is significant to study its population and economy coordinated development. From 1995 to 2010, great achievements have been made in the development of economy and population, the population growth rate has been effectively controlled, the continuous improvement of population quality, population structure improvement. However, with the rapid growth of the number of GDP in Mianyang City, Mianyang City, labor population quality gradually to meet the needs of the coordinated development of population and economy in Mianyang City, high-quality talent shortage, rural surplus labor force, the problem of aging population is becoming more and more prominent. In this paper, according to the 1995 to 2010 population, employment, education degree and the city of Mianyang economic data for the future five years in Mianyang city GDP, population, aging degree, the industrial structure change and the demand of talents and do statistical analysis and prediction, results show, Mianyang needs to control the population, improve population quality to cultivate high-quality talents and professional talents, realizing full employment of the population, the transfer of rural surplus labor force to work, improve the social security system, the introduction of talent structure optimization of high-tech talent, to lay the foundation for the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure, promote the coordinated development of population and economy in Mianyang city.
