摘要

资金是是流通中价值的一种货币表现，用于创造新价值，并增加社会剩余产品价值的媒介价值。资金是企业进行生产经营活动的必要条件，若资金短缺，又不能及时筹措，企业就不能购进生产资料，停产、停工，对外投资经营战略目标就无法实现，并且偿债能力下降，产生债务危机，影响企业信誉，使企业陷入困境。所以说资金是一个企业的重中之重，是企业运行、发展的根本。

特别对于中小企业来说，筹资是至关重要的，是投资经营的起点。但是筹资必然伴随着各种各样不同层次的风险，中小企业筹资渠道难又是世界性课题。在我国，中

小企业的筹资问题表现现得更为复杂。

在此背景下，本文首先从中小企业筹资现状开始，阐述中小企业筹资的存在的风险类型，详细分析中小企业筹资风险存在的内部外部原因，最后提出了解决我国中小

企业筹资的对策。
