数学（理科）教学方案
一、加强集体备课优化课堂教学
新的高考形势下，高三数学怎么去教，同学怎么去学？无论是老师还是同学都感到压力很大，针对这一问题备课组制定了严密的教学方案，提出了优化课堂教学，强化集体备课，培育同学素养的具体要求。

即优化课堂教学目标，规范教学程序，提高课堂效率，全面进展、培育同学的力量，为其自身的进一步进展打下良好的基础。

在集体备课中，注重充分发挥各位老师的特长，集体备课前，每位老师都预备一周的课，集体备课时，每位老师都进行说课，然后对每位老师的教学目标的制定，重点、难点的突破方法及课后作业的布置等逐一评价。

集体备课后，各位老师依据自己班级同学的具体状况进行自我调整和重新细心备课，这样，总体上，集体备课把握住了正确的方向和统一了教学进度，对于各位老师来讲，又能发挥自己的特长，因材施教。

二、立足课本夯实基础
实行新教材后，高考的要求和高考的内容都发生了很大的改变，这就要求我们必需转变观念，立足课本，夯实基础。

复习时要求全面周到，注重教材的科学体系，打好“双基”，精准把握考
试内容，做到复习不超纲，不做无用功，使复习更有针对性，细心推敲对高考内容四个不同层次的要求，精准把握那些内容是要求了解的，那些内容是要求理解的，那些内容是要求把握的，那些内容是要求敏捷运用和综合运用的；细心推敲要考查的数学思想和数学方法；在复习基础学问的同时要注重力量的培育，要充分体现同学的主体地位，将同学的学习主动性充分调动起来，教学过程中，不仅要呈现老师的分析思维，还要充分呈现同学的思索思维，把教学活动体现为思维活动；同时还适当增加难度，教学起点总体要高，注重提优补差，新高考将更加注重对同学力量的考查，适当增加教学的难度，为更多优秀的同学脱颖而出供应了更多的机会和空间，有利于优秀的同学最大限度发挥自己的潜能，取得更好的成绩；对于差生充分利用辅导课的时间关心他们分析学习上存在的问题，解决他们学习上的困难，培育他们学习数学的爱好，激励他们勇于迎接挑战，不断挖掘潜力，最大限度提高他们的数学成绩。

三、因材施教全面提高
同学的整体状况不一样，同一班级的同学，层次差别也较大，给教学带来很大的难度，这就要求每位老师要从整体上把握教学目标，又要依据各班实际状况制定出具体要求，
对不同层次的同学，应区分对待，这样，对课前预习、课堂训练、课后作业的布
置和课后的辅导的内容也就因人而异，对不同班级、不同层次的同学提出不同的要求。

在课堂提问上也要分层次，基础题一般由同学来做，以增加他们的信念，提高学习的爱好，对力量较强的同学要把学问点扩绽开来，充分挖掘他们的潜力，提高他们规律思维力量和分析问题、解决问题的力量。

课后作业的布置，既有全体同学的必做题也有针对较强力量的同学的思索题，老师在课后对同学的辅导的内容也因人而异，让全部的同学都能有所收获，使不同层次的同学的力量都能得到提高。

四、优化练习提高练习的有效性
学问的巩固，技能的娴熟，力量的提高都需要通过适当而有效的练习才能实现；首先，练习题要精选，题量要适度，留意题目的典型性和层次性，以适应不同层次的同学；对练习要全批全改，做好同学的错题统计，对于错的较多的题目，找出错的缘由。

练习的讲评是高三数学教学的一个重要的环节，为了最大限度地发挥课堂教学的效益，课堂的讲评要科学化，要注重教学的效果，不该讲的就不讲，该点拨的要点拨，该讲的内容肯定要讲透；对于典型问题，要让同学板演，充分暴露同学的思维过程，加强教学的针对性。

多做限时练习，有效的提高了同学的应试力量。

五、加强应试指导培育非智力因素
充分利用每一次练习、测试的机会，培育同学的应试技巧，
提高同学的得分力量，如对选择题、填空题，要留意寻求合理、简洁的解题途经，要力争“保准求快”，对解答题要规范做答，努力作到“会而对，对而全”，削减无谓失分，指导同学常常总结临场时的审题答题挨次、技巧，总结考前和考场上心理调整的做法与阅历，力争找到适合自己的心理调整方式和临场审题、答题的具体方法，逐步提高自己的应试力量；关心同学树立信念、订正不良的答题习惯、优化答题策略、强化一些留意事项
六、近三年高考试题提示我们要擅长将基础问题学实学活。

要把复习内容中反映出来的数学思想方法的教学体现在复习的全过程中，使同学真正领悟到如何敏捷运用数学思想方法把握、数学思维方法思索、数学基本方法解题。

要明确复习的最终目标是新题会解，而不是单单立足于陈题的娴熟，因此，如何培育同学的数学素养和创新意识是永恒的话题。

七、要强化运算力量、表达力量和阅读理解力量的训练，今年高考对运算力量的要求明显加大。

课堂教学时要有意识地支配时间让同学进行完整的规范的解题训练，对解题过程和书写表达提出明确具体的要求，培育同学良好的解题习惯，提高解题的胜利率和得分率，这也是为了适应网上阅卷的需
要。

同时要加强处理信息与数据、和寻求设计合理、简捷的运算途径方面的训练，提高阅读理解的水平。

马鞍山二中坚持办人民满足的训练，在全校师生的共同努力下，2021年高考再创辉煌，本科达线总人数949人，达线率为97.3%，向全市人民交上一份满足的答卷！
2021年高考，马鞍山二中各类报考人数975人。

其中，应届文史和理工类报考人数960人，一本达线675人，达线率70.3%；二本以上达线881人，达线率91.8%；本科以上达线934人，达线率97.3%。

艺体类报考人数15人，本科以上达线15人。

本科总达线人数949人，达线率为97.3%。

600分以上89人，其中理科600分以上59人；文科600分以上30人。

包揽马鞍山市（市区和三县）文理科状元，有2人进入全省前十名。

据统计，今年录用北大、清华有望突破10人，连续保持在全省领先水平。

◆李明睿同学高考取得673分的好成绩，名列马鞍山市（市区和三县）理科第一，总分列全省理科第三。

2021年，我校高考再获优异成绩，923名同学报名参考（其中，文史类报考266人，理工类报考598人，艺体类报考59人），一本达线246人（文科99人，理科147人），二本达线313人（文科103人，理科210人），二本以上达线人数为559人，二本以上达线率为60.56%；三本达线144人（文科43人，理科101人），三本以上达线人数为703人，达线率为76.16%。

此外，艺体本科51人，合计754人，达线率为81.69%。

2021年高考在我校进展进程中具有非常重要的意义，文理二本以上达线人数首次突破500大关，文理一本达线人数比2021年净增96人，制造了我校建校以来新的高考记录。

其中，文史类首次突破200大关，二本以上达线率达到75.94%，三本以上达线率达到92.11%；高三（4）班（文科）李妍春630分，居全省第58名；过婉婷623分，居全省第115名。

2021年是我市六中、十一中两校高中部开头停招的其次年。

当年高一招生，市区四所省示范高中均各增加两个班级，我校生源起点进一步降低。

在此背景
下，我校全体老师镇静应对挑战，负重前行。

历经三年奋斗，克服了重重困难，我校在2021年高考中取得了令家长和同学都特别满足的成绩。

对比之后，就简单看出我校三年来取得的巨大进步：

Harry and George were employed by Mr. Cook who had a small workshop in the town at the same time. They worked hard and tried to obey the boss. But they were ready to help others.
