员工招聘个人信息处理同意书** Airlines (以下简称“本公司”) 将对在员工招聘活动中获取的应聘者的相关应聘资料(简历、成绩证明文件、毕业证书等)所记载的内容,以及确定个人的事项(姓名、出生年月、性别等确定个人的文字和确定个人的图片、电子数据等)信息作为个人信息处理,遵守《个人信息保护法》,并致力于个人信息保护。

1、(使用目的)

本公司所获取的个人信息仅用于笔试和面试等招聘考试,与应聘者的联络和咨询,以及录用后的人事管理和劳务管理,并将妥善进行管理。除以上各项目的外,不会用于其他任何目的。

2、(个人信息的外部委托)

本公司不会将所获取的个人信息委托外部机构。

3、(个人信息提供的自愿性)

应聘者向本公司提供个人信息是自愿的。但如果应聘者不提供个人信息,可能将会对招聘活动造成影响。敬请谅解。

应聘者应保证所提供的个人信息是真实有效的。应聘者不得进行如下行为。

①违反公共道德。

②妨碍本网站正常营运。

③以营利为目的,将本网站的相关信息用于招聘信息提供、信息复

制和出版等。

4、(向第三方提供个人信息)

除基于法律法规要求外,本公司未经应聘者同意,不将取得的应聘者个人信息提供第三方。

5、(返还和销毁)

如未录用,本公司负责将应聘者提供的个人信息进行妥善的销毁处理,且不被第三方接触。所有个人信息都不予以返还,敬请谅解。

6、(本同意书的变更)

在符合《个人信息保护法》的范围内,本公司保有未经事先告知应聘者而对本同意书进行修改的权利。

** Airlines (Hereinafter referred to briefly as ”the company”), shall handle the necessary documents (e.g resume, credit certificates, graduate certificates, etc.) and information needed to properly identify you (“the Disclosing Party”)(e.g name, birthday date and place, gender, personal pictures and electronic data, etc.) collected from you during the recruitment process as long as the personal information comply with , and devote to protecting personal information.

4. Return/Destruction of Personal Information
