摘要在机械加工领域中,车床是应用最为广泛,也是最普遍的一种机床。它在机
工件能否达到械加工中应用也非常的频繁。因此它的加工精度也就尤其的重要,机加工精度就取决与机床本身的精度,而机床的加工精度是由它主轴的决定的。主要用床主轴把它的旋转扭力及扭力通过主轴前端的夹具传递给工件或者刀具,要求有很高的强度和回转精度,传递运动及扭矩等。来支撑传动零件如纯,带轮,随着社会的发展外圆表面有花键,电建等功能槽及螺纹。其结构为空心阶梯轴,对机床主轴的加工工艺及方法,人们对机械加工的精度的要求也越来越高。故,车床主轴的工整个机械加工来说都有着非常重要的作用,本文主要阐述了C616 艺过程,加工余量及其切削用量的计算。
