施工升降机安全监测系统
内容摘要
施工升降机是高层建筑施工中不可缺少的垂直运输工具,它主要担负运送施工人员和施工设备以及施工物料的任务。对于当前施工升降机自动化程度低、安全管理弱的特点,本文设计了一种施工升降机自动化的安全监测系统。
首先介绍施工升降机安全监测的意义,分析了国内外施工升降机安全监测的研究现状及其发展趋势,明确了升降机安全监测系统所要达到的性能指标。然后,根据施工升降机安全监测系统的功能需求,给出了系统硬件设计的总体思路和系统结构框图,详细分析了重量信号采集模块、加速度采集模块、楼层呼叫接收模块、数据存储模块、远程通信模块等各部分功能电路。在软件设计上,根据系统的功能需求,详细阐述了系统的重量、加速度信号数据采集、处理和修正的方法,系统运行参数存储和转存,远程通信的实现等。
通过上述设计,实现了施工升降机监测的快速运行,简单方便,便于控制等基本功能。

Abstract
The construction hoist vertical transport is indispensable to the construction of high-rise buildings, it is mainly charged with the task of transporting construction workers and construction equipment and construction materials. In view of the current construction hoist low degree of automation and safety management characteristics of weak, the remote automation safety control system for construction hoist was designed.
According to the functional requirements of the construction hoist safety monitoring system, we can determine the general idea of the system hardware design and system block diagram and have a detailed analysis of the weight of the signal acquisition module, the
acceleration data acquisition module, the floor call system module, the data storage module, the remote communication module and so on. In the aspect of software design, according to the system's functional requirements ,it elaborated the methods of the acquisition of the acceleration signal data ,the weight of the system,and the processing and correction. And it also elaborated detailed the system operating parameters storage and forwarding, and the realization of remote communication.
Through the design, we completed the construction elevator monitoring operation, simple and convenient, easy to control and other basic functions.
