期刊级别

国际学术期刊分类目录编制说明：

1.编制依据：（1）“商学院联合会学术期刊质量指导”第4版（ABS，Association of Business School Academic Journal Quality Guide,version4）期刊目录；（2）金融时报商学院学术评价认定的45种期刊（Financial Times Top45Journals Used in Business School Research Rank，2010）；（3）UT-Dallas商学院学术评价认定的24种期刊（The UTD Top100Business School Research Rankings™）；（4）ISI Web of Knowledge的JCR （Journal Citation Reports）。

2.修订规则：本期刊分类目录以鼓励本院教师在本学科专业期刊发表论文为导向编制，具体的分类规则为：（1）SCI\SSCI收录的期刊；（2）A+类期刊由ABS、Financial Times和UT-Dallas三者目录组合选优；（3）A类期刊从ABS3级及以上、JCR Quarter2及以上的期刊中选择；（4）B+类期刊从ABS3级及以上、JCR Quarter3及以上的期刊中选择；（5）B类期刊从ABS2级及以上的期刊中选择；（6）适当考虑学院重点发展方向和领域。

3.对本国际学术期刊目录以外的其他学科SSCI、SCI期刊论文，按照“其他SSCI、SCI收录的期刊”论文进行奖励。但为鼓励交叉学科发展，如果论文与商学院主流学科（经济学、工商管理和管理科学与工程）有关，则JCR1区内的期刊论文，按照B类期刊论文进行奖励，其余按照“其他SSCI、SCI收录的期刊”进行奖励。发表于Science、Nature、Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America期刊的论文按A+类期刊论文奖励。

4.本国际学术期刊目录新稿生效前投稿，生效后发表的论文，所在期刊类别的认定在新稿和上稿中就高不就低。
