一．道歉信谋篇

1. 表示歉意，道歉的原由；

2. 出现差错的原因，提出弥补措施；

3. 请求原谅。语言要诚挚，解释的理由要真实。好的道歉信不仅会取得对方的谅解，还会增进彼此的感情。

经典表达方式

让我感到极为遗憾的是自己不能

Much to my regret, I am unable to …

对于我说的/做的事，我确实感到很抱歉。但请相信，我并非故意要……

I am indeed very sorry for what I said / did, but believe I had no intention to …

我真诚的希望你能够站在我的位置想一想，并且接受我来自心底的道歉。

I sincerely hope that you will be able to think in my position and accept my apologies from the bottom of heart.

我真心希望你能理解，我并非有意冒犯。

I sincerely hope you can understand that I offended you unintentionally.

3.道歉信结构

请翻译：

信件启首

(1).直接表达自己不能实现先前的愿望或约定I am (excessively) sorry to say / tell you that .

(2).表达歉意Now, I am writing this letter of apology to show my deep regret.

(3).诚恳希望对方能接受道歉Please accept my sincere apology with gratitude.

(4)表达出自己的心情，并请求对方原谅I hope you will understand me and excuse me for .

(5)过渡句，引出道歉的原因Let me explain.

(6)开始介绍道歉的原因The reason for my delay/absence was that .

(7)总结自己道谦的原因Therefore it’s not in my power to
