摘要

员工薪酬满意度,对企业的人力资源有效配置、提升企业的绩效、提高竞争力和生命力,都具有重要意义。通过研究并探讨员工的薪酬满意度,不但有利于加快该行业企业的改革进程,还有利于股份制企业管理的全面实现。但是,伴随企业转制和市场机制运行的不断成熟,我国企业在薪酬及薪酬满意度问题上反映出了越来越多的问题,个体差异在薪酬满意度上的表现与影响也日益突出,制约了企业发展与人才队伍的稳定。员工满意度受工作环境、工作条件、工作成就感、个人发展等多方面因素的影响,薪酬是影响员工满意度的一个很重要的因素。一个国外民意调查组织在研究以往二十年的数据后发现:在所有的工作分类中,员工都将工资与收益视为最重要和次重要的指标。工资能极大地影响员工行为,即在何处工作及是否好好干。因此,如何让员工从薪酬上得到最大的满意,成为现代企业组织应当努力把握的课题。

Abstract:

Pay satisfaction of employees for enterprises to the effective allocation of human resources and improve enterprise performance, enterprise competitiveness and vitality of enterprises is of great significance. Through the staff salary satisfaction research and the discussion, for the industry to accelerate enterprise reform and the process of the joint-stock enterprise management the comprehensive realization. However, with the transformation of enterprise and market mechanism gradually mature, China's enterprises in the salary and salary satisfaction reflects a growing problem, individual differences in pay satisfaction on the performance and impact of increasingly prominent, restricting the development of enterprises and personnel stability. Employee satisfaction by the working environment, working conditions, job satisfaction, individual development and so on many factors, salary is the impact of employee satisfaction is a very important factor. A poll in foreign countries in the past twenty years the organization of data and found: in all job classifications, employee wages and benefits will be regarded as the most important and secondary index. The salary can greatly affect employee behavior, i.e. where to work and do a good job. Therefore, how to make employees wages from the biggest satisfaction, become a modern enterprise should be organized to grasp of the subject.
