Knot separation 除节

Pulp from digester blow tank is diluted and pumped at appr. 3.5% consistency to knot separator.

In Knot Separator, the pulp is fed tangentially to the upper section of the screen, outside the rotating screen cylinder of the knot separator. Accept pulp flows through the holes of the screen cylinder into the accept space, where the stationary foils of the Knotter are located. Thanks to the pressure pulses generated by these foils, clogging of the screen cylinder does not occur. Knots and other heavy impurities drift to the outer rim of the screening space outside the Knotter screen cylinder and are discharged in the bottom section of the knot separator to the reject pipe, to which dilution liquor is fed according to the ejector principle (pulp is not diluted inside the unit). In the reject pipe, the knot reject is diluted to approximately 1% consistency and fed to the customer’s vibrating screen.在除节机里，浆料沿切线方向从除节机的上部泵入转动筛板的外侧。良浆穿过孔进入有定子翼板的良浆区，定子的作用是产生脉冲使筛板处于敞开状态，节子和重杂质被分离并进入除节机的浆渣管，并用稀释水以1％的浆浓冲出进入跳筛。

Screening筛选

From the screening feed tank , the pulp is diluted and pumped to the ModuScreen FT primary screen. This screen is equipped with an LR rotor and slotted screen cylinder. Accept pulp flows through the slots of the screen cylinder to the accept space and reject is discharged at the bottom of the screen, where reject dilution is also added.从筛选系统的给浆槽把浆料稀释后泵入FT型一段压力筛。FT型筛由低排渣率转子和缝筛板组成。良浆穿过筛缝进入良浆去，浆渣从筛子底部稀释后排出。

Primary stage reject is fed to the feed pump of the secondary stage screen, from which the pulp is pumped at approximately 2.0% consistency to the secondary stage ModuScreen FT screen. Secondary stage accepts are fed to the primary stage feed pump and the rejects are pumped to the feed of the tertiary stage ModuScreen F screen at approximately 1.0% consistency. The accept from the tertiary screen is returned to the feed side of the secondary stage screen feed pump and the rejects are led to customer’s vibrating screen. 一段压力筛的浆渣稀释成浆浓2.0% 左右泵入FT型二段压力筛，二段压力筛的良浆回一段压力筛的进口，浆渣稀释成1％左右泵入FT型三段压力筛，此段的良浆回二段压力筛的入口，浆渣进入跳筛。

Ahlcleaner Sand Separators are located in secondary and tertiary stage, prior to the FT-screens. Sand and other heavy rejects are discharged from the sand separator periodically whereas the accepts are fed to the FT-screens.二段压力筛和三段压力筛间有一除沙器，砂子和重杂质从除沙器排出，良浆进入FT型三段压力筛。

BLEACHING漂白

D0 stage 段

Pulp after HD tank is pumped with an MC pump to the D0 stage. The pulp is pumped to the Amix chemical mixer, to which chlorine dioxide is charged. From the chemical mixer, the pulp is directed to a D0 bleaching tower. Retention time in this tower is 45 minutes. At the top of the D0 tower, the pulp is diluted and fed to the D0 washer by the tower top scraper. In the first showers of the washer, filtrate from the D1 stage is used as washing liquor and in the last showers, filtrate from the EP stage.
