家族企业如何走出用人困境

摘要

家族企业无论在发展生产力还是促进大学生就业上都发挥着举足轻重的作用。但随着经济全球化,家族企业也面临激烈的国内外市场竞争,尤其是一些中小家族企业。想要在重重压力下生存下来,家族企业采取什么样的管理模式就显得至关重要了,很大程度上决定着家族企业的前途和命运。而人力资源作为企业管理的第一资源,因此因地制宜的进行现代化改革,完善企业的人力资源制度已经不断的凸显出其重要性。家族式企业或多或少都会遇到用人的困境,这些困境表现为人力资源管理上的混乱与不规范,并形成了一道难以跨越的屏障。在这种情况下,人力资源管理制度改革、企业文化的建设与管理制度创新的压力就随之而来,如何走出用人困境,就成为了家族式企业管理者需要认真对待的问题。

本文首先论述了人力资源管理的重要内涵,然后从中小家族企业自身的特点出发,分析了我国中小家族企业用人现状及存在的问题,提出符合中小家族企业人力资源管理的对策,以充分挖掘企业员工的潜力,提高其对企业的认同感和责任感,从而使中小家族企业走出用人困境、拥有不断创新的活力。

Abstract

Family business or promote the employment of university students have played a pivotal role in terms of developing the productive forces. With economic globalization, the family business is also facing fierce market competition at home and abroad, especially small and medium-sized family business. Want to survive under extreme pressure, what kind of family business management model is particularly important, largely determines the future and destiny of the family business. As the first resource of the enterprise management, human resources according to local conditions of reform and modernize, improve the company's human resources system has been constantly highlights its importance. The family business more or less will encounter the plight of the human resource management; the performance of these difficulties confusion in human resource management is not standardized, and formed an insurmountable barrier. In this case, the pressure of the human resources management system reform and construction of corporate culture and management system innovation attendant out of the plight of the human resource management, how to become a family-owned enterprise managers need to take seriously.

The paper first discusses the important connotation of the human resource management, and the departure from the characteristics of the small and medium-sized family business, analyze the current situation. Proposed countermeasures of human resource management in small and medium-sized family business, to fully tap the potential of employees to improve their corporate identity and a sense of responsibility, so that small and medium-sized family business with innovative vitality.
