一. 朗读短文：
你有90秒钟的时间准备朗读短文，当你听到“开始录音”的信号后，请立即在90秒钟内朗读这篇短文一遍，当你听到“停止朗读”的信号时，应马上终止朗读。
Tickets for NBA basketball game are going on sale. Lots of people like to go to watch basketball. Most of them are going to cheer for their teams. However，there are never enough tickets for everyone. So some people come the day before and sleep in front of the ticket office. At night, when they are waiting, some people play music, others dance and sing, and still others talk about their favorite players. After waiting all night to buy tickets, they will be too tired to enjoy the game.

One day, Tom climbed to the top of the bars of the lion’s cage. Suddenly he fell down into the lion’s cage. The lion was sleeping at the time. The noise woke it up. It stood up and looked around. Tom tried to get up, bur he could not. The lion came up to him. Tom was very frightened. He hid his face in his hands. He was sure the lion would come and eat him up. But he heard the lion said low in his ear. “Don’t be afraid, my friend, I’m in the same boat as you.”

It was July, 1982. Mr. and Mrs. White went to the seaside for a holiday. They were enjoying themselves at the beach and didn’t notice their son Tom walking into the water.
Suddenly Tom fell down in the water and couldn’t stand up. Just then Mrs. Green who was also there saw him and picked him up. Tom was saved. Twenty years later, Tom became a strong man and a good swimmer. He came to the same shore and happened to see a poor man crying for help in the sea. He swam over quickly and saved him. Who was the man? He was Mrs. Green’s husband!
