摘要

本篇论文,旨在针对竹材旋切机内部所涉及的液压系统,进行更深层次的细致设计。设计之初,本文重点针对竹材旋切机的基本结构以及其在实际工作过程当中所遵循的基本原理,进行相对深入的细致阐述。其次,本文主要以进给部分为基准,针对竹材旋切机内部所涉及的液压系统,进行科学合理的综合分析和深入设计。在此过程中,笔者首先针对液压系统在运行过程中所需秉持的整体方案,进行更深层次的细致设计。当针对该系统内部的控制回路,进行恰当适宜的选择时,笔者经由综合考量,决定选用进油口节流调速回路。在此之后,本文还针对该系统所需应用的传动方式,进行及时确定。由于在本次设计过程当中,所选用的液压系统必须表现出尤为良好的散热性,而且回路还需相对简洁,故而笔者通过综合考量,决定选择开式系统。当已经确定该系统在实际工作过程当中运行原理的前提下,笔者随即针对该系统所涉及到的多样化元件以及相应的各类辅件,进行恰当合理的选择,并据此进行尤其精准的效验。值得一提的是,当进行细致精确的计算之后,本文决定将液压缸当中的内径,设定成80mm,并且将液压泵的类型,设定成叶片泵。基于该系统在实际工作过程当中的最大功率需求,本文决定将电动机,设定成YB-A9B-L三相异步电动机。与此同时,笔者还针对液压泵所涉及的多样化元件以及相应的各类辅件,进行恰当合理的选择,至此本文所研究的液压系统就已成功组装完毕。

Design of hydraulic system for bamboo rotary cutting machine

Abstract:This paper aims to carry out a deeper and more detailed design of the hydraulic system involved in the bamboo rotary cutting machine. At the beginning of the design, this paper focuses on the basic structure of the bamboo rotary cutting machine and the basic principles it follows in the actual working process, and makes a relatively in-depth and detailed explanation. Secondly, this paper mainly uses the feeding part as the benchmark to carry out scientific and reasonable comprehensive analysis and in-depth design for the hydraulic system involved in the bamboo rotary cutting machine. In this process, the author first carries out a deeper and more detailed design for the overall scheme that the hydraulic system needs to maintain during the operation. When the appropriate control is made for the control loop inside the system, the author decides to use the throttle throttle speed control loop through comprehensive consideration. After that, the paper also makes timely determinations on the transmission mode of the application required for the system. Because in this design process, the selected hydraulic system must show particularly good heat dissipation, and the circuit needs to be relatively simple, so the author decided to choose the open system through comprehensive consideration. Under the premise that the system has been determined to operate in the actual working process, the author immediately makes appropriate and reasonable choices for the diversified components involved in the system and the corresponding various types of accessories, and based on this, particularly accurate verification . It is worth mentioning that after careful and accurate calculations, this paper decided to set the inner diameter of the hydraulic cylinder to 80mm and set the type of hydraulic pump to the vane pump. Based on the maximum power demand of the system in the actual working process, this paper decided to set the motor to YB-A9B-L three-phase asynchronous motor. At the same time, the author also made appropriate and reasonable choices for the diversified components involved in the hydraulic pump and the corresponding various types of accessories. The hydraulic system studied in this paper has been successfully assembled.
